Mine was a smoked jalapeno cheese ponce on the breze Wednesday |

night and I just ate it for supper tonight. Stupid good. |

For the last 2 days i been eating pickled eggs, boiled eggs, BIG |
|
bowl of smothered cabbage and drinking Coors Lite. I am now |
|
sleeping in the shed by myself. |

Just finished cooking Fried fresh filet sac-a-laits, white |
|
beans and rice. Poppa O caught them in the basin yesterday. He |
|
caught twenty of them. Yum! Never hit the freezer. Life doesn't |
|
get any better than this. |

Stuffed a boston butt pork roast full of garlic and onions, |
|
rolled it in spicy mustard and flour, seared it in hot cast |
|
iron, and then cooked it about 6 hours in the dutch oven last |
|
week. Meat was so tender it literally disintegrated in your |
|
mouth. And talk about flavorful. Put me 3 large yellow onions |
|
and some celery in the pot with a little water while it was |
|
cooking and had an onion gravy that couldn't be beat to go with |
|
it. |
