| Bacon wrapped deer patties | |

| 2lbs ground deer meat 1lb ground | |
| pork | |
| 1/2 to 1 cup chopped green onions 1 to 1/2 tsp garlic | |
| powder( fresh can be used) | |
| 2 tbs Worcestershire sauce 1lb sliced | |
| bacon | |
| 1 whole egg ( scrabbled) 1/4 cup | |
| Itlain bread crumbs (optional) | |
| Salt and pepper to taste | |
| Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl, except bacon. | |
| Make into 4in wide x 1 in thick, pressing center slightly down. | |
| ( Pressing the center slightly down helps the patty cook more | |
| evenly) Wrap each patty with bacon, using a toothpick to hold | |
| bacon on patty. Grill or bake in oven. Set oven 425F. Cook to | |
| your wellness preference. ( well done about 25 minutes in oven) | |
| Remove toothpicks when done. ;) | |
