Hey everyone, |
|
Right now I'm cookin... I just cut 3 acres of grass and didn't |
|
break a sweat! I love this little cool front, makes me wanna go |
|
climb in my tree stand!! |
|
I'm cooking some turkey wings (smoked and unsmoked) with some |
|
jalapeno green onion sausage. |
|
It's gonna get messy in a little while! |

Mannnnnn, that sure sounds good teet. I got to say that it sure |
|
sounds like you got it going on. Tonight's our lazy night with |
|
minimal effort on cooking. If weather permitting I am hoping to |
|
catch some redfish this weekend. If I catch, I am going to filet |
|
them, throw a little spice with some special BBQ sauce on them |
|
and put em on the pit. If that plan fails, gonna pull out some |
|
back strap recipe I am fixing to post in the recipe section, so |
|
either way, its gonna be a good weekend. |

Last trip I went on I tried to film some of the catch. Its tough |
|
reeling in and filming. Gonna have to all go and have a |
|
dedicated camera man. |

Yeah!!! You need to try the Jalapeno Cheese ponce, it is stupid |
|
good. I won 1st place in Professional Division at the Smoked |
|
Meat Festival this year with that dish! We wrecked shop this |
|
year, we won 2 first places and Grand Smoked Meat Champion!!!! |
