| Topics' first post is edited by moderators even if they are not | |
| the owners of it. | |
| The reason is that it enables to keep appropriate titles for | |
| topics and if needed then add to the first topic a description | |
| of the topic. | |
| Moderating other posts like 2nd post etc is not allowed. | |
| Moderator is allowed move the entire topic/post to other place, | |
| but editing is allowed only in the first post. | |
| Editing the first post has mainly technical reasons but not | |
| allowing to edit other posts comes from law and ethics. Both law | |
| and ethics says that one is responsible for what is said by his | |
| account. So, it is not acceptable that a moderator goes and | |
| modifies anyones post so it would look like the other person | |
| said all what the moderator wrote there. The exception is only | |
| the 1st post and inside there a moderator is not allowed to | |
| represent any opinion or subjective thought. Mainly it modifies | |
| the topic's title and maybe adds a text that describes the | |
| topic. If possible then moderators don't change even the first | |
| posts. | |
