We answer:
1. prepare adequate text. At the moment it is not understandable
what are you talking about. For example, you ask some kind of
answer by saying "where is the answer". Universe doesn't
understand which answer from you you don't see. Make yourself
understandable. You must first be able to talk and be adequate.
Express yourself clearly.
2. in case you don't see answers in that official forum there
then that is the reason we don't do a dialogue on cross-forum
format. Come and speak here. I have answered to the interview
person nubmer 1 everything but he couldn't manage to answer. Go
and talk with him why he don't find answers.
3. You say taht someone's answers are nice. It is not allowed to
say so because it doesn't have any proof. What if we reply: you
and the whole Wows community have never be able to give nice
answers. That sounds the same way. How to react to such sayings?
In conclusion, you must have at least some argumentation skills.
And some ksills to be adequate, clear. Also, you must follow our
rules. For example, you are not allowed to spam, not allowed to
post emoticons, etc. Otherwise we don't start any interview.
I declare that interview over already now after first post. It
is totally fine if people fail in exams, interviews, tests. All
people fail, that is how it is.

Don't use a teenager dialect like "u tell". Write either "you
tell" or "yuo tlee" but not "u tell".
Because slangs/dialects are your concious choice and and the
fact about slangs/dialects is that they are not adequate because
they vary from one country/community to other. For exampel the
most famous slang term Troll is something nobody can define, in
Wows terms Arcade and Knowledge are similar that nobody knows
the same way what they mean.
It is not adequate to be by your own choice not understandable
and clear to others. So, it is not allwoed to do teenagers talk
style.
Doing automatically gramamr mistakes is allowed but teenages
style choice is not allwoed.

The interview 2 which was short have a good illustrative example
of the racist community.
He uses typically slang word Dude which i don't comprehend, what
it means?
And he plays typically only Random battles and no Ranked
battles, like 10 battles a day. And his ingame profile shows he
never played Ranked at all, never achieved Gold Rank 1. This is
very typical profile for stats-believers.
Doing stats in Randoms against non-challenging opponents rather
than doing real fighting in Gold League in small teams without
having any stats in mind. Such thing obviously mirrors the real
goal: to gain stats easily and treat later people offensively.

I understand here we have 2 statements:
1. Firstly, one knows lot of Knowledge.
2. But one doesn't demo an efficent battle, and Blue Soup rates.
So, the debator sees that there is a contradiction between those
2 points, because 1 point seems to suggest that one is smart to
do efficent battles but the 2nd point says he hasn't seen such
performance in reality. And therefore perhaps the point 1 is not
true.
A general answer is that Knowledge and Skills can be looked like
2 different concepts. But they are blury concepts both, that's
why people mix them. In very general, the first point says good
Knowledge and the 2nd Bad Skills/Reality. This is toyally
possible and no contradiction. In life you see for example that
university professors have surely lot of theoretical knowledge,
but in practical life they can't demonstrate good skills in
business and in school teaching, a simple teacher in a school
produces better exam results to his students than a professor
could. So, Skills are something different than Kniwledge. In
Wows as well, one may produce good tutorials but fail to get to
Gold league. That is such general answer to the above 2-points
question.
Secondly, Wows community tends to judge Skills/Knowledge by 1
battle, that is most of my debates show. Or, they judge by the
overall average Soup Rating. Both things are fundamentally
wrong. The debator used one of those sources to say that i don't
have Skills.
Thirdly, i have explained for years that Skills are
Potentiality, a Ceiling, a maximum that one can produce in
planned exam-like environment. So, a 40% Soup Rating player does
not have Skills at 40 points, no, he may have Skills between
0-100 points and an Exam can demo that. I have demoed that more
than plenty of times, many years.
Wows Stats Religious fundamental belief is an equation:
RandomsTeamsWR=Argument=Truth=Skills=Science=Knowledge=Life=God.
Hence they produce the above point number 2. It is so deep
delusional equation belief that it is impossible for them to
comprehend anything that tries to disprove that equation.
So, the 2 above points become debunked already by the above
general science, but also because of delusional Stats Religion
believes, and because Soup ratings and random battle examples
are not appropriate bases for conclusions because they don't
demonstrate in Exam-like way the true potentiality/Skills.
