| not allowed: to talk behind one's back | |

| I'm not sure which english words to use to describe it. | |
| But there are such similar terms: | |
| 1. to talk behind one's back. That means you say opinions about | |
| someone so that the other is not present or cannot be present. | |
| For example, you say something about someone in another forum | |
| where the person usually don't visit or is banned. Then it is | |
| talking behind one's back. It is not allowed because it is not | |
| fair. A fair debate means that all partied have the opportunity | |
| to respond. A fair fight means that all fighters have both hands | |
| un-tied and can fight. Etc. So, if one is not present and you | |
| say something that relates him then this is not ethical. | |
| 2. the second type is like the previous but the one is present | |
| but cannot talk. I'm not sure how to title it in english. This | |
| is often when one is banned and can only read and not respond. | |
| 3. one more type is to ignore someone's presence and talk to | |
| others about that someone. Instead of saying directly to one | |
| your opinion about him you say to others. For example, 7 persons | |
| are in the chat and Tom says to others that John is a bad | |
| player. And others reply to him, that yes, probably he is. At | |
| the same time John reads all that and is amazed why they are | |
| afraid to tell things directly to him. | |
| Those things are close to each other and similar and probably | |
| have spesific words to describe them. But in general those are | |
| "talking behind one's back". | |
| This is not allowed anywhere. Not in life, not in games, not in | |
| forums. | |
| How to avoid such situations. | |
| First, don't be afraid. Many people are clearly afraid of me for | |
| example as we have proved many times. But don't be. Why to be | |
| scared or have other unstable mentality? Be calm and take | |
| courage and speak directly to anyone. | |
| Secondly, prioritize dialogs. Major people make dialogs | |
| everywhere, in TV, in parliament, everywhere. Dialogs make | |
| people to develope. They had 1 opinion and a dialogue creates | |
| many other opinions and thoughts that al ltogether develope them | |
| many ways and their talking skills. That's why dialogs are so | |
| natural things between humans. If one acts liek a bird that | |
| tweets something that never gets a reply tweet/dialogue by other | |
| humans then such tweeting never develope to something more and | |
| it stays always as a tweeting. So, keep your mentality that you | |
| do dialogs in your life, not tweeting. | |
| Thirdly, act like you want to be treated by others. Would you | |
| like if others talk about you behind your back or by other | |
| examples above? If no, then don't do that yourself too. | |
| Forth suggestion is that avoid things that can lead to tweeting. | |
| For example, don't report anyone ever. | |
| I have seen all 3 above examples quite often and i personally | |
| never do it. For example, if say always clearly to a person my | |
| opinions that relate to him. Also, i never am afraid of saying | |
| anything to anyone. Also i never report and never support such | |
| behaviour and even in chats i have many times written to others | |
| "why don't you ask from himself right now?". | |
| Also when i debate i always give people opportunity to come to | |
| this forum and respond. | |
| In this forum we surely don't allow it. But i suggest that don't | |
| do it elsewhere either. | |
