Everyone should take advantage of the limited time offer to
convert free XP to crew XP. I have some key tanks whose crew
needs some love!

I was looking at the screen shot for converting free xp to crew
xp. Who has 2,000,000 free xp which would be the max. I don't
lol. If it were converting tank xp that would be a different
story. Interesting in a way to be able to customize crews
however.

All my free XP has been put into the Conqueror in an effort to
get it upgraded as quickly as possible.
I was also unimpressed by the conversion rate in ST, hopefully
they've changed it.

Conversion rate is 1 Free XP = 2 Crew XP.
And you can convert you tank XP to Free XP if you so desire.
Just gonna cost you some coin.

1-4 skills are 100,000 XP each, 5-8 are 200,000 XP each, 9-12
are 400,000 XP each and so on.
Ugh... so my 1 skill Czech crew would take like 300,000 to get
to 4 skills.... hmmm. may need to rethink this...
