This is what Shiftlings look like in their true form. This is
drawn by my good friend, Swifty.

Shiftlings have jewels on their head and a marking surrounding
it. These jewels are the color that represents their main
personality trait, and they cast magic spells with these jewels.
They have black eyes with star-like white specks in them, and
their claws are made of jewels, the same color as their head
jewel. Their gem claws are actually flexible and are able to be
used as fingers. They look as though they're in constant
starvation, though looks are deceiving, as these creatures are
typically quite gluttonous and voracious. They have fangs, and
will eat literally anything, including blood. They can hunt prey
down, then bite a prey's major artery and lapping up the blood.
They live in family groups and are quite territorial, seeing as
these gluttons eat a lot. These groups consist of the parents
and younglings, and sometimes grandparents or grandchildren, or
in-laws. A pair of Shiftlings typically has 4-6 younglings.
Shiftlings stay with their parents for 20 years before going off
on their own, and the average lifespan is 100 years. Females
have the triangle markings around the eyes as seen in this
picture, and males have a stripe across the bridge of their
nose. They can fly, but they tire out easily and don't normally
fly more than a few feet above the ground. Younglings are around
the size of a small cat, whereas adults usually grow to be 7-8
feet tall. They have two long, fluffy, prehensile tails that
have the things at the end like in the picture. They're quite
adaptable, so forest dwellers are typically good climbers,
plain/savanah dwellers are speedy with good endurance, mountain
dwellers are stronger fliers, etc. Most actively hunt or
scavenge, as meat is the general preference, but again, they can
and will eat anything and everything.

French Horn while Monarch switches her flashlight on and off.

I love how in Gorgonopsid vs Future Predator I was just like
"Gorgonopsid is screwed dangit I love them" and then she just
straight up SLAUGHTERS the Future Predator and I was just like
"BOOM B**** YOU DON'T F*** WITH THE GORGONOPSID"
