Civilians start with a house

I have a suggestion here which was given to me by some members.
I would like to hear your opinions on it.
All civilians start with a basic house which they spawn at. They
also have access to the house's storage so they can put
money/drugs/guns etc in there. Police have the ability to search
houses if they suspect the house contains illegal material.
Other civilians can burgle houses but there is a small
percentage that they will actually succeed. If they fail, then
they will be automatically wanted and a notice will appear
saying 'Someone is trying to steal from Civ1's house'
If they succeed then they will be able to take some of the
contents inside and leave undetected. You can upgrade your house
so it can store more items and grant you more benefits. The
benefits could include more HP, you can go longer without eating
or something along those lines.
So do you think this will be a good idea to add?

Sounds like a great idea, but i vote no for give more health,
less eating is fine.
Would it have the option to store your car too?
And wouln't this requiere the civ to be on the same slot every
time they spawn in? or else they will just spawn in another
house somewere far from their car?

I suggest locking the person to their slot on civ, the lock
being released when the server restarts. I'm not fully sure if
you can, but maybe create some type of parking area for 2 cars?
A garage or a driveway? Maybe introduce a house key too, so only
people with that key (copies can be made) can enter, but a max
of 3 copies if that's possible. I also suggest Designated areas
of the city for different types of civs (Functionaries next to
civ spawn, doctors next to hospital, Profiteers next to
industrial park etc.)

This sounds like a great idea! As of now, nobody bothers to buy
a house because it costs ALOT of money, and it's quite useless.
This will make houses actually usefull!
Also, how about improving the placeable houses too? So that
they have the same effects as this (If/when it gets
implemented)? I'd love to have a small house in the woods where
I can store tons of guns and drugs :D
