	Alias�: The Phantoms, The Reapers of Equinox, Servants of Death
	Who are they?: Since the activation of Directive 82, also known
	as the formation of Special Forces Group Equinox, Equinox has
	been growing at a substantial rate, in not only numbers, but in
	success and influence, to the point where it was clear that
	Equinox was no longer just a Special Forces Group, but they were
	the hidden backbone of Equestria�s military power. However, with
	this growth, their secrecy in society was being threatened.
	The Equestrian Military, Government, Royalty, and Commander
	Broadshield had met behind closed doors to discuss this growing
	issue. It was agreed that Equinox was required to lie low for a
	short while, while the government worked on doing everything
	they could to ensure that Equinox�s identity would be kept a
	secret. Innocents who had run into them were either paid off or
	sworn into secrecy, while ponies of the criminal underworld
	would be eliminated. Operations in Saddle Arabia would also be
	minimized.
	However, with Equinox being silent for this time, it would mean
	that there would be no one needing to take on the operations in
	Equinox�s place. Therefore, it was agreed that a new special
	force would be formed. This group would later be formed to
	create the 141st Special Covert Operations Battalion.
	What do they do?: With Equinox temporarily going into hiding,
	and keeping their profile low, there was the obvious need to
	tackle high priority operations without compromising Equinox�s
	secrecy, and doing it in their place. The 141st SCO (Special
	Covert Operations) Battalion are tasked with undertaking
	high-priority, covert operations of any nature, and they needed
	to handle all missions and operations with the Phantom Protocol
	in place, that being, that no outsiders or third-parties could
	know of their operations. Their use of the Phantom Protocol was
	actually the reason why they are principally known as the
	Phantoms.
	What do they consist of?: The 141st SCO Battalion consists of
	the best of Equinox�s soldiers, specializing in combat and
	covert operations and missions. They are a battalion sized
	group, so their forces number around 1,000 to 3,000.
	Military Strength: The 141st make use of a separate number of
	vehicles and weapons than Equinox. Equinox has their own weapons
	and vehicles, and the 141st have their own. Because of the
	nature of work that the 141st undertake, and their numbers, they
	have significantly less vehicles.
