| London/New Orleans Profile: Larxene | |
| By: Coolcat207 Date: August 3, 2022, 10:05 pm | |
| --------------------------------------------------------- | |
| "More pain for you means more fun for me!" | |
| "The heart is a mysterious thing, kiddo." | |
| "There are other ways to lose yourself besides your soul getting | |
| jacked up. For example, people who lose their hearts also lose | |
| their minds, their feelings... They're consumed by the | |
| darkness." | |
| "Shh! Little ones should be careful at night. There are scary | |
| monsters roaming around looking for something to snack on. And | |
| you two do look delicious." | |
| ~Larxene to two human children she found alone at night during a | |
| mission. | |
| "I'm not going to break the toy. I'm just going to play with it. | |
| I'm not dumb." | |
| ~Larxene to Adrik when Adrik tells her to not kill the | |
| supernatural hunter they need information for. | |
| "Ooh, aren't you clever. The name's Larxene. Are you enjoying | |
| your stay in jolly ol' England? I know people poke fun at the | |
| food here but I honestly don't know what they're talking about. | |
| The people here taste good." | |
| ~Larxene greeting a young supernatural hunter. | |
| "Well, you can still be destroyed but... Forget the boring books | |
| and the cheesy movies. It's all garbage. Garlic? It's worthless. | |
| A cross? Pfft! Shove it right up their ass! Well, unless it got | |
| some Jesus juice in it. Then you may have to get a counter. A | |
| stake? Only if it catches you in the heart, and then it just | |
| paralyzes you. I dunno, it depends on the vampire and the stake. | |
| Water? Ah, that's no problem. Which means that you can take a | |
| shower... which I highly recommend you do. Just cause you're | |
| dead, doesn't mean that you gotta smell like one. Now, a shotgun | |
| blast to the head? Okay, that one stings like hell, especially | |
| if it's pack with silver. Fire? Hurts like a b*tch. Sunlight? | |
| Worst case of sunburn in history. You getting it now?" | |
| ~Larxene answering a newly turned vampire whether or not they | |
| can live forever. | |
| "You see, the bad guys are holding her captive somewhere deep | |
| inside the castle. And you obviously are the hero, so you have | |
| to go save her. Although..." In a flash, Larxene lunge forward | |
| and attacks the hunter which she manage to land a hard kick on | |
| the hunter's chest, knocking the wind out of them and sending | |
| them flying a few feet across "I'M a bad guy, so you have to go | |
| through me!" | |
| "Hmph. You're not as bad as I thought. You really are a hero. A | |
| heartless hero!" | |
| ~Larxene when she escaped a killing blow from a hunter after | |
| being defeated. | |
| "Whew... Throwing the battle back there really wore me out." | |
| "Okay... Have it your way. Just don't complain when you end up | |
| in the ER if you're lucky enough!" | |
| "Ice is so not my style." | |
| ~Larxene after she used an ice stone to create a labyrinth to | |
| keep the enemies distracted. | |
| Name: | |
| Larxene | |
| Real Name: | |
| Elrena | |
| Other Names: | |
| The Savage Nymph | |
| Callous Vixen | |
| Age: | |
| Unknown | |
| Gender: | |
| Female | |
| Species: | |
| Vampire | |
| Appearance: | |
| Larxene wears a black coat and gloves, but her black boots are | |
| more feminine and are heeled. Her bright, blonde hair is slicked | |
| back and about jaw-length, with two long strands styled into | |
| distinctive antennae-like strands. Larxene's eyes are aquamarine | |
| and she is very slim with an hourglass figure when compared to | |
| other members due to her gender, though this belies her true | |
| strength. Though her eyes turn golden-yellow which glows at will | |
| or when in a feral state. | |
| Organization: | |
| Former: Weapon X Program | |
| Current: Moskovskaya Orda (Moscow Horde) | |
| Birth Vampire Clan: | |
| Brujah | |
| Disciplines: | |
| Celerity, Potence, Presence | |
| Disciplines: | |
| Celerity: | |
| Momentum: | |
| ~A large part of impact comes from the force it moves with, but | |
| also with its speed. A master of Celerity can focus her speed | |
| all into one forceful instant, allowing her to briefly lift | |
| things no human should ever be able to, or to strike with deadly | |
| force. | |
| Precision: | |
| ~A master of Celerity with this manifestation can use her | |
| immense dexterity to conduct acts of fine manipulation with | |
| inhuman precision. | |
| Projectile: | |
| ~Despite the fact that a vampire with Celerity moves at | |
| incredible speeds, any bullets he fires or knives he throws | |
| while in this state dont move any faster than they normally | |
| would. Scientifically minded Kindred have been baffled by the | |
| phenomenon for centuries, but more pragmatic ones have found a | |
| way to work around it. Projectile enables a vampire to take his | |
| preternatural speed and transfer it into something he has | |
| thrown, fired, or launched. | |
| Tireless Tread: | |
| ~Much of the initial Anarch Revolt was spent fleeing from | |
| unfavorable odds and vengeful elders. This power made some of | |
| those escapes possible, enabling the Kindred of those early | |
| nights to put far much more ground between themselves and their | |
| antagonists than the rest of the world could imagine at the | |
| time. | |
| As long as the Anarch devoted himself to escape, he could cover | |
| enormous distances in a single night. This power has fallen into | |
| some disuse, due to the prevalence of modern transportation | |
| methods. The most significant benefit it still has, however, is | |
| a virtual inability to be traced. Those flying on planes or | |
| riding buses require tickets, and even a properly registered car | |
| leaves a paper trail or at least bears a license plate. | |
| When a Kindred invokes the Tireless Tread, however, the only | |
| evidence of her passing is herself. | |
| Flower of Death: | |
| ~In combat, speed kills. A proper application of Celerity in | |
| combat can turn even the meekest Cainite into a walking | |
| abattoir. How much more deadly, then, is a vampire with the | |
| ability to utilize his preternatural speed to the utmost in | |
| combat? Flower of Death allows a vampire to take his Celerity | |
| and apply it in full to each hand-to-hand or melee attack he | |
| makes. | |
| Quickness: | |
| ~A character with Quickness breaks normal limitations of speed | |
| even for her own Celerity. This is for when Larxene needs more | |
| speed in a fight but she can't spam it since it tires her out | |
| faster. | |
| Physical Defiance: | |
| ~Your character's speed has reached a point so unnatural that | |
| for brief moments, the fundamental laws of nature cease to | |
| affect her. She can move in any direction, in spite of | |
| obstructions, in spite of gravity, and in spite of logic. She | |
| can run upwards for brief bursts. She can walk through (or on) | |
| water. She can walk up walls. | |
| Time Out of Time: | |
| ~At this level, the vampire thinks a moment before everyone | |
| around her, and her reflexes carry her vast distances before | |
| others can blink. She can bolt out of the way even as a blade | |
| grazes her flesh. This makes her nigh-untouchable when she | |
| wishes to be. | |
| Zephyr: | |
| ~Zephyr produces an effect vaguely similar to one of the | |
| legendary comic book-style uses of enhanced speed, allowing its | |
| practitioner to run so fast he can run across water. | |
| Particularly successful applications of Zephyr allow a vampire | |
| to go so far as to run up walls and, in at least one recorded | |
| instance, across a ceiling. | |
| Potence: | |
| Crush: | |
| ~The vampire with this refined application of Potence knows just | |
| how to apply her deadly strength to destroying inanimate | |
| objects. | |
| Imprint: | |
| ~A vampire with extensive knowledge of Potence can squeeze very, | |
| very hard. As a matter of fact, she can squeeze (or press, or | |
| push) so hard that she can leave an imprint of her fingers or | |
| hand in any hard surface up to and including solid steel. A use | |
| of Imprint can simply serve as a threat, or it can be used, for | |
| example, to dig handholds into sheer surfaces for purposes of | |
| climbing. | |
| Brutality: | |
| ~With this level of power, the Cainite's hands move through | |
| flesh the way a mortals moves through packed sand. | |
| Earthshock: | |
| ~According to some pundits, Potence is merely the art of hitting | |
| something very hard. But what do you do when your target is too | |
| far away to hit directly? The answer is, if youre sufficiently | |
| talented with the Discipline, to employ Earthshock. On its | |
| simplest level, Earthshock is the ability to hit the ground at | |
| point A and subsequently have the force of the blow emerge from | |
| the ground at point B. The vampire punches or stamps on the | |
| ground, and, if the attack is a success, the force of the blow | |
| emerges from the ground as a geyser of stone and earth directly | |
| underneath the target. Earthshock's range is 10 feet or three | |
| meters. Larxene is sinister when it comes to this discipline to | |
| the point of using her lightning with this discipline to perform | |
| a more devastating attack. | |
| Immovable Object: | |
| ~The vampire's strength is such that her force of will alone is | |
| enough to make her an immovable object, whether or not she has | |
| something to hold on to. She can lock herself in place, clinging | |
| onto where she stands with the power of her mind. Using this | |
| ability, she can resist any attempt to shift her by telekinesis | |
| or physical strength. She digs in, holding herself in place with | |
| her will alone. | |
| Aftershock: | |
| ~The eldest practitioners of Potence can infuse the power of | |
| their blood to delay the physical devastation of her attacks. | |
| Instead of destroying an opponent immediately, she stores her | |
| Potence in their body for later effect. Another discipline | |
| Larxene loves to do, especially with her lightning powers. | |
| Flick: | |
| ~It is a truism that "the great ones always make it look easy." | |
| In the case of Flick, that saying stops being a truism and | |
| becomes literal truth. With this power, a master of Potence can | |
| make the slightest gesture a wave, a snap of the fingers, the | |
| toss of a ball and have it unleash the full, devastating | |
| impact of a dead on strike. The attack can come without warning, | |
| limiting the target's ability to dodge or anticipate; this makes | |
| Flick one of the most feared applications of Potence. | |
| Presence: | |
| Awe: | |
| ~Those near the vampire suddenly desire to be closer to her and | |
| become receptive to her point of view. Awe is extremely useful | |
| for mass communication. It matters little what is said the | |
| hearts of those affected lean toward the vampire's opinion. The | |
| weak want to agree with her; even if the strong-willed resist, | |
| they soon find themselves outnumbered. Awe can turn a chancy | |
| deliberation into a certain resolution in the vampire's favor | |
| almost before her opponents know that the tide has turned. | |
| Despite the intensity of this attraction, those so smitten do | |
| not lose their sense of self-preservation. Danger breaks the | |
| spell of fascination, as does leaving the area. Those subject to | |
| Awe will remember how they felt in the vampire's presence, | |
| however. This will influence their reactions should they ever | |
| encounter her again. | |
| Dread Gaze: | |
| ~While all Kindred can frighten others by physically revealing | |
| their true vampiric natures baring claws and fangs, glaring | |
| with malevolence, hissing loudly with malice this power | |
| focuses these elements to insanely terrifying levels. Dread Gaze | |
| engenders unbearable terror in its victim, stupefying him into | |
| madness, immobility, or reckless flight. Even the most stalwart | |
| individual will fall back from the vampire's horrific visage. | |
| Paralyzing Glance: | |
| ~Some elders have honed their mastery of Dread Gaze to such a | |
| degree that they are said to be able to paralyze with a look. | |
| The power's name is something of a misnomer, as victims of this | |
| power are not precisely paralyzed in a physical sense, but | |
| rather frozen with sheer terror. | |
| Spark of Rage: | |
| ~A vampire possessing this power can shorten tempers and bring | |
| old grudges and irritations to the boiling point with a minimum | |
| of effort. Spark of Rage causes disagreements and fights, and | |
| can even send other vampires into frenzy. | |
| Combined Disciplines: | |
| Leaps and Bounds: | |
| ~Through this intersection of strength, speed, and will, the | |
| Brujah can leap amazing distances, whether to evade foes or flee | |
| a burning building. | |
| Iron Heart: | |
| ~Common among Individualists who quest for self control, Iron | |
| Heart fortifies the Brujah against supernatural powers that | |
| affect her emotions, her self-control, or her reason (including | |
| Dominate, Dementation, and Presence), while also allowing her to | |
| inspire others to resist such manipulations themselves. | |
| Jackhammer Punch: | |
| ~Getting punched with Potence is always painful, but with this | |
| power you force your opponent to relive that pain over and over | |
| again. Although this discipline is learned from a True Brujah, | |
| Larxene improvised. She combines her speed along with her | |
| Potence to attack her opponent rapidly with a flurry of punches | |
| which looks seemingly a repeated strike several times at the | |
| same time. This leads to a great increase in damage from only a | |
| single attack. | |
| Powers: | |
| Vampire Physiology: | |
| ~Users possess the traits, attributes and/or abilities of, | |
| transform into, or be/is a vampire, a being who subsists by | |
| feeding on the life essence of living creatures (often in the | |
| form of blood), regardless of whether the vampire is undead or a | |
| living person/being. While all vampires need some form of | |
| life-essence, the quality and quantity vary greatly: from daily | |
| to rarely, from needing lethal amounts to barely notable, from | |
| sentient blood freshly drained to rare steak. | |
| Appearance wise, Vampires are similar to their non-vampiric | |
| species, but exact changes their state causes vary greatly: more | |
| common effects include pale/white skin, glowing eyes (possibly | |
| changing to golden or red), prominent canines or generally | |
| predatory appearance, but some have no visible changes at all, | |
| while others barely pass for a humanoid. | |
| Mentally, Vampires vary from perfectly normal persons with | |
| unusual dietary requirements to predatory, calculating beings, | |
| to hunger-driven blood-junkies. | |
| Generally, Vampires are physically imposing beings as they have | |
| excellent strength, speed, senses, endurance, agility, a nearly | |
| or completely ageless lifespan and a high-level resistance to | |
| damage. Other abilities include ability to turn other beings | |
| into vampires (possibly involuntarily), mental abilities, | |
| transformation into animals or mist, etc. Note that Vampires are | |
| able to learn Magic, so the variety of powers some have isn't so | |
| much result of them being Vampires as their own studies. | |
| Vampiric Force Manipulation: | |
| ~The user of this power possesses and is able to utilize strong | |
| vampiric power. This ability not only grants the user great | |
| strength and control over numerous variations of vampiric | |
| abilities but also allows them to overwhelm weaker vampires as | |
| well as rival that of powerful vampiric entities. | |
| Through this, the user can perform such feats as infusing | |
| weapons with vampiric power, allowing them to transfer blood | |
| and/or life-force to the user, or into projectile weapons that | |
| would continuously drain the target's blood/lifeforce once stuck | |
| in their body, nullifying regeneration and softening them up for | |
| the finishing blow, as well as convert other beings into | |
| vampires without biting them or mixing blood. | |
| Blood Consumption: | |
| ~The user can absorb (usually by ingesting) the blood of others | |
| for either sustenance, offensive, defensive, or regenerative | |
| purposes. | |
| Blood Empowerment: | |
| ~User becomes stronger, faster, more durable, etc. when they | |
| come into contact with or are near blood, possibly unlocking | |
| abilities related to the affinity and enhancing their existing | |
| powers. Some users may be able to draw sustenance from the blood | |
| or even slow or stop aging. | |
| Highlighting: | |
| ~The user can highlight any presence, from an intangible element | |
| like a scent, a sound, or a taste to an entity like a person, an | |
| object, an animal, etc., allowing them to perceive, locate, | |
| identify, and track the target(s) even from afar. Larxene can | |
| use this by combining her lightning powers and her vampire sense | |
| to sense her allies, enemies and bystanders to the point of | |
| figuring out who or what everyone is and can even sense them | |
| through solid objects such as buildings. | |
| Blood Flow Vision: | |
| ~The user will have the ability to see all major and minor veins | |
| of any living being. The user can even see them through | |
| inanimate objects like trees, concrete, clothes, and so on. | |
| Blood Sense: | |
| ~The user has the ability to sense the awareness of the | |
| circulatory system allowing to detect the presence of drugs, | |
| alcohol, other substances in a subjects blood. | |
| Night Vision: | |
| ~User has excellent night vision, the ability to see in low | |
| light conditions or even total darkness. Whether by biological | |
| or technological means, night vision is made possible by a | |
| combination of two approaches: sufficient spectral range, and | |
| sufficient intensity range. | |
| Powers Gained via Experimentation: | |
| Electricity Manipulation: | |
| ~Users can create, shape and manipulate electricity, a form of | |
| energy resulting from the movement of charged particles (such as | |
| electrons or protons). As an elemental power, electricity | |
| manipulation is very simple and straightforward accompanied with | |
| a near-limitless myriad of uses. Most commonly, users would be | |
| able to discharge large amounts of electricity in order to shock | |
| their opponents, potentially paralyzing them, burning them, or | |
| even stopping their hearts in severe cases. Beware accidentally | |
| harming allies if the user's control over electricity is not | |
| precise enough. Some users would also be able to summon | |
| lightning bolts from the sky or create thunderstorms at will. | |
| Even if their opponent is resistant to electricity, the immense | |
| heat generated from lightning travelling through the sky, which | |
| is around 6 times hotter than the surface of the sun, will | |
| definitely pose a threat to them. | |
| At a more advanced level, users would be able to exert control | |
| over electronics and other devices powered by electricity, | |
| allowing them to remotely access, disrupt, and control | |
| technology, such as mobile phones, televisions, computers, | |
| traffic lights etc. They would be able to perceive or even | |
| control data stored on electronic devices, or even assume | |
| control over the entire device purely through electrical | |
| connection. Some specialized users would be able to use | |
| electricity to for more miscellaneous uses, such as enhancing | |
| one's senses through Electroreception, the ability to sense | |
| natural electrical stimuli which can allow them to sense their | |
| surroundings by generating electric fields and detecting the | |
| distortions in those fields. | |
| At the ultimate level, users would be able to control electric | |
| fields and all charge carriers (Ions, Electrons, Protons, and | |
| Positrons), allowing them to manipulate the force that holds | |
| atoms together within objects or flow through the nervous | |
| systems of living creatures. At this stage, electricity | |
| manipulation becomes extremely dangerous and effective, | |
| essentially giving the user the ability to control living | |
| creatures and objects through the precise manipulation of | |
| electricity and electrical fields within them. In the former | |
| case, they would be able to read the thoughts of others through | |
| electrical signals produced by their brains and control their | |
| movements as if they were puppets by manipulating the | |
| electricity used by the nervous system to send signals to the | |
| entire body. In the latter case, users would be able to move | |
| objects as if they were using telekinesis. | |
| Electricity Generation: | |
| ~The user can generate electricity, the energy emitted from | |
| charged particles. Users can become creative and use it in | |
| various methods. | |
| Electric Aura: | |
| ~The user can release and surround themselves in/with | |
| electricity for defensive and/or offensive purposes, possibly | |
| becoming almost untouchable and granting them various | |
| abilities/attacks. The auras may also give the user enhanced | |
| physical capabilities such as speed, strength, and durability. | |
| Bio-Electricity Manipulation: | |
| ~The user can create, shape, and manipulate bio-electric | |
| currents that exist within all aspects of the body such as in | |
| the nervous system, heart, and muscles through the use of one's | |
| biofield. The user is also capable of channeling this | |
| bio-electrical energy into attacks or even drain the | |
| bio-electrical energies that may dwell within another being. The | |
| user can also find people by sensing their bioelectrical | |
| presence and/or scramble personal bio-electric rhythms to shock | |
| others. | |
| Bio-Electricity Generation: | |
| ~The user can create and project bio-generated electricity. | |
| Bio-Electric Aura: | |
| ~The user possesses a bio-electric aura, an invisible field of | |
| concentrated bio-electricity surrounding the user's entire body. | |
| The bio-electric aura first functions as a second skin, not | |
| extending from the body, only protecting the user's skin from | |
| incoming threats. The user's exoskeleton varies in durability, | |
| from resisting gunfire to nuclear explosions. Without practice, | |
| the field doesn't extend far from the skin, leaving even loose | |
| clothing without protection; with practice, the user can extend | |
| the aura further out from their body to protect anything in it. | |
| The user can use their bio-electric exoskeleton inwards to | |
| protect organs, bones, flesh, and the brain. | |
| Combining it with supernatural strength allows the user to lift | |
| large objects, such as mountains or cruise liners, and move them | |
| without buckling like physics dictates. It's because their | |
| bio-electric field envelopes the objects as extensions of them, | |
| granting them near indestructibility. Users can manipulate their | |
| bio-electric aura to harness the bio-electricity to achieve | |
| other applications such as achieving electrostatic levitation, | |
| allowing them to levitate and fly. | |
| Yellow Lightning Manipulation: | |
| ~The user can create, shape, and manipulate yellow lightning. | |
| This type is often associated with technology and speed-related | |
| phenomenon. No one knows how or why Larxene obtained this kind | |
| of lightning but thanks to Mr. Sinister's experiments, Larxene's | |
| main lightning power is yellow lightning which relates due to | |
| her speed, being able to be as fast as Darkfire vampires to the | |
| point of being evenly matched with Katsuki Darkfire in terms of | |
| speed. | |
| Purple Lightning Manipulation: | |
| ~The user can create, shape, and manipulate purple lightning. A | |
| type of lightning which can have various properties, most | |
| commonly being faster and stronger than its predecessor. It can | |
| range from being natural energy to magic in nature. Thanks to | |
| Mr. Sinister, Larxene is able to perform this kind of lightning. | |
| She rarely uses it since she prefers her yellow lightning but | |
| isn't afraid to use if pushed into a corner. | |
| Red Lightning Manipulation: | |
| ~The user can create, shape, and manipulate red lightning. The | |
| lightning has been described as a "lightning that goes beyond | |
| lightning", and is noticeably more powerful which can affect | |
| those who are immune to electricity. This is Larxene's strongest | |
| and most deadliest lightning variation which she gained from | |
| killing and drinking the blood of a metahuman with red lightning | |
| abilities. This also works in her favor due to her being a | |
| vampire, making her red lightning stronger due to how much blood | |
| she consume. This lightning is strong enough to even harm other | |
| lightning users who are naturally immune to lightning. | |
| Red Lightning Generation: | |
| ~The user can generate red lightning. | |
| Red Lightning Aura: | |
| ~The user can release and surround themselves in/with red | |
| lightning for defensive and/or offensive purposes, possibly | |
| becoming almost untouchable and granting them various | |
| abilities/attacks. The auras may also give the user enhanced | |
| physical capabilities such as speed, strength, and durability. | |
| Corrupted Lightning: | |
| ~A power she gained thanks to Darkov. This power turns lightning | |
| against other lightning users. This cannot be absorbed by other | |
| lightning users as it does internal damage to their lightning | |
| powers if they try similar to corrupted light and corrupted | |
| darkness. However, this also works in reverse in that if someone | |
| ever used this power on the user, since they would be vulnerable | |
| to it as long as it's not their own power being turned on them. | |
| Energy Redirection (via lightning): | |
| ~The user is able to reflect energy and energy-based attacks | |
| from their bodies and release them in a more desirable | |
| direction, often back at the source. | |
| Electric Pressure: | |
| ~The user can self-generate vast amounts of electricity to | |
| crush, repel, or destroy objects or entire areas, and possibly | |
| kill or paralyze their targets and cause various | |
| electricity-based effects on the affected area. | |
| Electric Conductivity: | |
| ~The user can generate and conduct electricity through their | |
| bodies, created or not, making them totally invulnerable to | |
| electricity, no matter the voltage. They can also discharge | |
| electricity through conductive media (metal, water, etc.). | |
| Lightning Bolt Projection: | |
| ~Users can summon lightning bolts from the sky or project them | |
| from their own bodies (usually from owns hands), using them to | |
| pierce and/or severely burn their opponents even to the point of | |
| death. Unlike normal bolts of lightning, they could use them as | |
| concussive or even piercing forces, which could be strong enough | |
| to affect even greater beings of strength and durability. | |
| Unlike Electrical Bolt Projection, the lightning bolts are far | |
| more deadly in terms of voltage and speed, which also grants | |
| tremendous temperature and kinetic force, averaging over | |
| 50,000C (5 times hotter than the surface of the sun) with at | |
| least 1,000,000,000 volts, moving at 61,111 miles (97 536 | |
| km)/second. Of course, advanced users may be able to regulate | |
| the voltage discharged and speed, but the power is still enough | |
| to be lethal and cannot be compared to low-powered electrical | |
| bolts. | |
| Electrical Transportation: | |
| ~User can transport themselves by electricity, by lightning or | |
| electronics. This is achieved by either riding the flow of | |
| electrons or becoming electricity itself for travel. If the user | |
| is strong enough and/or skilled enough in this art of | |
| transportation, then they can also transport by the electrons in | |
| the air, static discharges and electrical components. | |
| User can make lightning strike themselves to transport their own | |
| molecules from one point to another. | |
| Electrical Beam Emission: | |
| ~The user can produce and project beams of concentrated | |
| electricity, which can shock or cause electrocution, pierce | |
| through almost anything, or create destructive explosions upon | |
| impact. Unlike simple electrical blasts, these beams do not | |
| flicker, but instead travel in a straight line at high speed; | |
| they can also flow like water, allowing them to be guided. | |
| Lightning Ball Projection: | |
| ~The user can generate, create compressed balls of electrical | |
| energy that are held together by their own gravity or by means | |
| of a magnetic field that collapses on impact. | |
| Electrokinetic Cloning: | |
| ~The user can create clones of oneself, others and/or objects by | |
| using electricity. Since the user's copies are electrical their | |
| enemies will be in for quite the shock upon direct attacks. | |
| Electrified Surface: | |
| ~The user can cause surfaces (often floor) to emit electricity, | |
| causing lightning-damage on anything in contact with them or the | |
| lightning. | |
| Electric Pillar Projection: | |
| ~User can shape electricity to generate pillars for attacks. | |
| They may be able to guide the pillars, effective in both | |
| offensive, defensive and even trapping the targets in combat. | |
| Electric Spike Projection: | |
| ~The user can create and project needles/spikes of electricity | |
| to impale targets. These spikes can be projected in mid-air or | |
| generated from the ground; potentially creating a trail of | |
| needles. | |
| Combat Skills: | |
| Knife Proficiency: | |
| ~Users, either innately or through training, is a master of | |
| knives, a tool or weapon with a cutting edge or blade, often | |
| attached to a handle or hilt. They are able to wield small | |
| blades with great proficiency and cunning as well as stealth; | |
| concealing multiple knives on their person flawlessly, to be | |
| retrieved at will in combat. | |
| Enhanced Clawmanship: | |
| ~Users, either innately or through training, are masters of | |
| wielding claws as weapons. The user is able to wield claws with | |
| great proficiency in brute power and close quarter combat. When | |
| it comes to wielding different weapons, the claws are the | |
| closest to hand to hand combat. | |
| Speed Cutting: | |
| ~Users can use speed to enhance and increase their cutting | |
| power. | |
| Speed Combat: | |
| ~User is able to use gained momentum, aka reflexive mass, in | |
| physical combat. To other opponents, the user will be moving | |
| much faster than them, thus appearing to attack/kill/defeat them | |
| in an instant. | |
| Ninjutsu Mastery: | |
| ~User possesses an innate understanding of Ninjutsu, the | |
| historic style of martial arts, tactics, strategy, and espionage | |
| of unconventional and guerrilla warfare. Contrary to popular | |
| culture, real-life ninja were mainly spies, saboteurs, and | |
| assassins that rarely appeared on the battlefield. Depending on | |
| the school and source ninjutsu focuses on different disciplines. | |
| Assassination Mastery: | |
| ~The user, either innately or through training, is a master of | |
| many types and ways of assassination, able to dispatch their | |
| victims without so much of a struggle or even having to be near | |
| them and cover their tracks. They can intuitively assassinate by | |
| any means and in the most effective ways possible, use anything | |
| at hand to do so and, have no mental/emotional issues or moral | |
| dilemmas either before, during or after the deed. The ways they | |
| can do this range from something complex and finesse-based like | |
| mastery of stealth, strategically and tactically planned | |
| scenarios, expertise in martial arts, and proficiency with | |
| weaponry to something simpler and more force-based like | |
| herculean strength and lightning speed to overwhelm their | |
| targets. | |
| Users can perfectly and without a single flaw or mistake perform | |
| any and every type of assassination there is was and will ever | |
| be whenever they want with zero effort by themselves in a short | |
| amount of time. | |
| Ansatsuken Mastery: | |
| ~The user, either innately or through training, is a master of | |
| ansatsuken, any martial arts style or fighting technique that | |
| has been developed with the purpose of killing an opponent. | |
| Killing Instinct: | |
| ~User possesses the capability that enables them to be the | |
| "ultimate killing machine". They have instincts to kill by any | |
| means and in the most effective ways possible, use anything at | |
| hand to do so and, have no mental/emotional issues or moral | |
| dilemmas either before, during or after the deed. They are, in | |
| short, cold and merciless killers. They are focused on nothing | |
| except killing their enemies and how they should do so, putting | |
| all of their efforts into making sure whatever they kill is good | |
| and dead. They can also give off a murderous aura, inducing fear | |
| into their opponents. | |
| Passive Skills: | |
| Glowing Eyes: | |
| ~The user possesses eyes that glow which allows them to generate | |
| light, sometimes allowing them to see in the dark clearly. Some | |
| users' eyes vary in color while glowing. Users may or may not be | |
| able to control the color of the glow. | |
| In some cases, the eyes may glow involuntarily when the user | |
| calls on another power. This can cause Glowing Eyes to act a | |
| sort of limitation, tipping others off that they are or are | |
| doing something supernatural. Glowing eyes also happen if the | |
| user is under a mind control/possession/hypnosis state. | |
| Unlike Light Vision, the user can't manifest their eye lights as | |
| beams or blasts. Some users have eyes that glow when their | |
| powers are active. Users glowing eyes may have various colors, | |
| including: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, and etc. | |
| Claw Retraction: | |
| ~The user can project/retract razor-sharp claws/talons of | |
| energy, bone, metal, keratin, etc., from their | |
| fingertips/hands/wrists/fists/feet for various (mostly | |
| offensive) purposes. | |
| Fang Retraction: | |
| ~The user has abnormally sharp fangs and can deliver a deadly | |
| bite with them. In some cases, the fangs may even be | |
| retractable. | |
| Powerful Bite: | |
| ~Users has a particularly strong bite, either because of sharp | |
| fangs/teeth, strong jaw-muscles, unusual jaw-structure | |
| (mandibles of insects, beak, etc.) or some other reason. Exactly | |
| what they can bite depends on the jaw-strength, resilience of | |
| their teeth/bite-surface and their shape. | |
| Weaknesses: | |
| The same passions that inspire Brujah to greatness or depravity, | |
| left unchecked, can send them into incandescent rages. | |
| Additionally, a Brujah has little to no chance of using their | |
| willpower to avoid frenzy, though they can use their willpower | |
| to end a frenzy that has already begun. It is more helpful to | |
| have someone with serenity based powers or something similar to | |
| help them. Larxene is no exception to this weakness whether she | |
| likes it or not. | |
| As a vampire, Larxene cannot go out during the daytime otherwise | |
| she will instantly die. She can find other means to avoid | |
| sunlight such as an umbrella or charms to protect her. Sunlight | |
| based abilities can also make her have a bad day. Rubber renders | |
| lightning useless and earth powers serves as a counter to her | |
| lightning powers unless she use her other lightning abilities. | |
| Her purple and red lightning abilities requires a lot of energy | |
| which she needs by consuming blood. Though if she overuse the | |
| stronger lightning abilities, she can tire herself out. Despite | |
| her being a Brujah vampire, Larxene relies more on her speed | |
| than her strength, thus giving opponents a chance to use it to | |
| their advantage and try to throw her off, though they need to be | |
| careful since they can force her to use her strength disciplines | |
| which is not pretty. One of Larxene's biggest weaknesses is her | |
| vanity and hubris. She's not dumb and know when and where to | |
| pick her fights but sometimes she can get a bit over her head | |
| which later on bites her in the ass. | |
| Weapon(s): | |
| Foudre: | |
| ~Larxene carries a set of eight throwing Knives between her | |
| fingers in battle. Her main set of knives are collectively | |
| called Foudre, meaning "Lightning" in French. Each knife appears | |
| as an insignia's spikes in yellow and blue. Larxene will either | |
| throw these weapons at her opponent or speed by them, slashing | |
| them with the knives still between her fingers. | |
| The knives that she carries can also be used in close quarters | |
| combat for finishing blows. All of Larxene's knives have French | |
| names, and these names are references to natural phenomena like | |
| wind and storms. These knives are capable of negating those with | |
| regeneration and she can easily infuse her lightning powers with | |
| these knives. | |
| Personality: | |
| Although Larxene is normally smiling, she can be undoubtedly | |
| cold, ruthless, and uncaring, and appears to love nothing more | |
| than to bring other people down. Described the most as a | |
| domineering woman of strong personality, who does not ask, but | |
| tells, she has sharp wit and sardonic remarks ready to spite | |
| others on purpose. Her jokes tend to be more ill-humored as | |
| well, enabling anyone to successfully get irritated, and | |
| sometimes if pushed far enough, yell or charge at her in anger, | |
| a reaction which she seems to find humorous. Along with the | |
| callousness, however, she oddly displays childish and playful | |
| behavior, laughing and giggling excessively. She, although | |
| recognizable with her overall behavior. Laid back and almost | |
| passive to those she likes, or refers to as good company, | |
| Larxene expresses herself in a dramatized manner, constantly | |
| making outrageous expressions and hand movements. Larxene does | |
| show her Brujah nature when angered to the point of attacking | |
| her enemies in a rage. Though she does have other feelings | |
| besides sadism and anger, such as her having PTSD for her time | |
| in Weapon X, remembering the painful experiments to the point of | |
| avoiding people. | |
| As for combat, despite her sarcastic nature, Larxene is still a | |
| dangerous vampire. She has proven to be an incredibly strong and | |
| a fast hand-to-hand fighter, as she could easily pressure a | |
| demon without even using her claws and disarm him of his weapon | |
| with a single kick and injure a vampire hunter enough to the | |
| point that they can barely stand. She is also strong enough to | |
| hold a grown adult by the head, and easily toss them across the | |
| room with one hand. Larxene's physical fighting skills resemble | |
| that of a ninja. She uses her knives between her fingers to act | |
| like claws, and is able to infuse them with electricity and | |
| throw them at opponents. She is easily one of the fastest and | |
| most agile member of the mafia, often using quick kicks and jabs | |
| to produce extra pain to the opponent. Along with her | |
| manipulative nature, this sadism earned her the title "Savage | |
| Nymph". | |
