| Race Builders/Designers: Dr. Nathaniel Essex/Mr. Sinister | |
| and Dr. Joseph Fischer | |
| Government: United States | |
| Division: Department of Defense Special Weapons Division | |
| Presence on Black Market: None; new experimental | |
| Abilities: | |
| Undead Machine Physiology: Necroborg/Zomborg: The ability | |
| to have the traits of an undead machine. User of this power | |
| either is or can become an undead machine, a corpse that is | |
| dead, but still animated, and has cybernetic components added on | |
| them. Thanks to being undead as well, they have a lot of | |
| immunities and probably lost some of their physical weaknesses. | |
| Usually, the user is created into this form by being dead, and | |
| reanimated by special terms, specifically technology. | |

| Bullet Proof Shelling: D-Troop cyborgs are covered in titanium | |
| shelling around all mechanical limbs and parts in order to | |
| protect vulnerable mechanisms and computer boards from damage. | |
| The flesh can be covered in armor but not too often as the flesh | |
| is dead with only the head being covered with a helmet. | |
| Necrofluid: This is a special alchemist's reanimation fluid | |
| created by Dr. Joseph Fischer, a descendant of Dr. Frankenstein. | |
| Dr. Fischer attempted to recreate the original alchemist formula | |
| for the reanimation fluid but could never find his ancestor's | |
| journal which was hidden, on the request of Adam Frankenstein, | |
| by Raven Tepes in 1972 with Mama and Papa Jagneaux. Fischer's | |
| formula contains formaldehyde, sulfur, copper, iron, salt, | |
| quartz crystal dust, and water but is missing two key | |
| ingredients found in the original Frankenstein formula. The | |
| Fischer formula does work to an extent but not on the level of | |
| the Frankenstein formula. The Fischer formula basically creates | |
| zombies and not true restored life like Adam Frankenstein which | |
| works better for building necroborgs, cyborgs made with dead | |
| flesh. Unlike the Frankenstein formula, the Fischer fluids must | |
| be maintained in order to maintain the zombified flesh which the | |
| machine parts help with that. If the fluid is completely | |
| drained, then the zombified flesh dies within minutes and begins | |
| to decay as normal. | |
| Weaknesses: D-Troops dont need fresh flesh nor life | |
| force energy to survive. Instead they rely on a special | |
| alchemist reanimation fluid based on the original Frankenstein | |
| formula in order to remain functional. Drain this special fluid | |
| from a D-Troop cyborg and kill the cyborg making exposed feed | |
| tubes to the dead flesh one of a few weaknesses. D-Troop Mark I | |
| cyborgs are first generation models so are currently weaker than | |
| more advanced (living) cyborgs as bugs are worked out of their | |
| systems from trial missions. D-Troop cyborgs are currently no | |
| faster than a Peak Performance Human and can be out maneuvered | |
| by faster opponents. Even though a D-Troop cyborg can lose its | |
| head, it can be permanently stopped by piercing the bone skull | |
| and brain. So kill the borgs brain and kill the borg. Users of | |
| Technology Manipulation and Undead Manipulation can render the | |
| user helpless, due to their undead and technological form. | |
| Background: | |
| These are a first generation weapon designed to remove the Human | |
| factor completely from warfare while keeping the field with | |
| hand-to-hand capable troops to go up against human and | |
| supernatural enemies. These cyborgs were first thought up by a | |
| descendant of Dr. Frankenstein who figured out most of the | |
| original alchemist's formula for reanimation fluid. Dr. | |
| Fischer's idea is to make troops completely devoid of any | |
| emotions and to be straight killing machines. | |
