[font=times new roman]Alexis Ren is one of the better boxers on
World of Fight. So far she has had mixed results at Sin City
winning her debut then losing a close decision in her next
fight. Alexis, looking to make her mark has challenged Elle
Fanning hoping for an easy win. Elle has taken the challenge
personally and guarantees that while Alexis has more experience,
she promises to give her all that she can handle and
more.[/font]
[font=times new roman]The lights go down and the music comes up.
The spotlight picks up Alexis dressed in a full length black
robe. The hood is pulled up over her head as she slowly make her
way to the ring. The importance of this bout is evidence as she
is accompanied by stable leaders Candice Swanapoel and Erin
Heatherton. Alexis reaches the officials and takes off her robe
revealing a jet black sports bra and a black high cut V bottom.
She is wearing matte black boxing gloves and her hair is untied.
Vasoline is applied and Alexis flexes her imposing biceps then
heads to the ring.[/font]
[font=times new roman]Elle makes her way to the ring and the
contrast in styles could not be more apparent. Elle's bright
yellow robe is open in the front and flowing like a million
dollar wedding gown. She stops to take some selfies with her
fans and high fives as many as she can. She is accompanied by
stable leader Jayden Bartels and her first Julianna LeBlanc. She
quickly passes inspection and splits the ropes and take a lap
around the ring completely ignoring Alexis. Elle settles in her
corner and adjusts her yellow and black sports bra and picks a
wedgie out as she waits for the ref. [/font]
[font=times new roman]Referee Adriana Palicki brings them
together, goes over the rules and sends them back to the corner.
Alexis is exuding confidence throwing out phantom jabs and
showing off her impressive footwork. [/font]
[font=times new roman]Round 1:[/font]
[font=times new roman]The bells dings and the fighters are right
at it. Alexis lands a couple of hard shots to the body while
Elle sneaks in a sharp jab. Alexis gives Elle a harsh shove then
sticks out her jab waving it in Elle's face. Elle resets then
skips forward and nudges up to Alexis until she is up tight
leaning forward keeping Alexis from getting her feet set. They
clinch up and start throwing short hooks to the ribs and
Adrianne Palicki is more than willing to let them fight it out
in a phone booth. This plays well for Elle as Alexis isn't able
to get much behind her strikes and Elle seems better equipped at
dirty boxing. [/font]
[font=times new roman]Mid round and Alexis is getting frustrated
and barks out at the ref who finally pulls them apart. [/font]
[font=times new roman]�What the hell, ref? Let's get your sh!t
together!�[/font]
[font=times new roman]Alexis shakes her arms lose then sets up
in a traditional stance. She starts bobbing left and right as
Elle slowly stalks her down. A right to the jaw snaps Elle's
head back and a left cross lands cleanly on her chin. Elle's
knees wobble as Alexis goes all in. A left to the temple and a
bone crunching hook to the ribs drops Elle to her side. Alexis
lets out a primal scream and bounces to a neutral corner.
[/font]
[font=times new roman]�I told you! I told you I'd knock her ass
out!�[/font]
[font=times new roman]Alexis climbs up on the bottom rope and
turns to her fans and starts celebrating. Elle rolls on her
stomach and gets to her hands and knees. She looks up at the ref
and waits to 7 then pushes herself up. After a quick check
Adrianne brings Elle to the middle but Alexis isn't paying
attention until Adrianne pulls her off the ropes and spins her
around.[/font]
[font=times new roman]�You ready or do I give the fight to
Elle?�[/font]
[font=times new roman]Alexis gives the ref a shoulder bump then
nods at Elle for beating the count, both fighters raising their
guards. With just under a minute remaining, Elle opts to keep
her distance, causing frustration for Alexis. This prompts
Alexis to throw some wild swings, but each attempt falls short
as Elle manages to stay out of range, skillfully avoiding the
incoming strikes. The bells clangs and Alexis take easily takes
it 10-8.[/font]
[font=times new roman]Round 2: [/font]
[font=times new roman]Similar start in the second as Alexis
flashes the jab in Elle's face while Elle chests up close
leaning into her muscular opponent. Elle ducks an overhand left
then lands a sweet hook to the ribs. Alexis shrugs it off but
Elle crowds the brunette and start hammering away at her side.
Alexis gasps as the punches are landing at an alarming rate
forcing her to place her mitts on Elle's shoulder and give the
blonde a shove. The break is short lived as Elle is right back
in her face crowding Alexis, making her uncomfortable, forcing
her back until her butt is resting on the ropes. Alexis wraps
Elle up but again Adrianne refuses to break them up. [/font]
[font=times new roman]Alexis brings her elbows in tight to her
ribs while her gloves form an impenetrable guard around her face
leaving few opening for the blonde. Elle sneaks a few uppercuts
between the tight guard but for the most part Alexis remains
unscathed. Elle switches tactic and starts landing short rabbit
punches to Alexis's biceps. Elle rams home 10 short sharp
punches to the right arm then 10 to the left before Adrianne
steps in a separates them.[/font]
[font=times new roman]Less than a minute left and Alexis uses it
to keep her distance and finally manages to land some solid
strikes and when the round ends Elle has a mouse forming under
her left eye, With her dominating clinch Elle takes the round
10-9 but Alexis still leads 19-18.[/font]
[font=times new roman]Round 3: [/font]
[font=times new roman]It's crystal clear what each fighters
intentions are and the fight might come down to which of these
talented UCC fighters can impose her will on the other. The
3[sup]rd[/sup] verse of this epic battle begins and Alexis is
darting around the ring throwing the double jab and some
one-twos then stepping out of the pocket while Elle steps
forward with a high guard. Neither is able to land any telling
strikes. Alexis lands a right cross and follows it up with a
hammer of a right to the gut and Elle hisses out. Alexis moves
in for the kill but eats a right to the nose stopping her in her
tracks. A quick shake of the head and Alexis steps forward but
eats another jab then a left-right cross to the chin and Alexis
is in trouble. She turns and runs creating some distance but by
the time she spins around, Elle is already there, standing right
in front of her. [/font]
[font=times new roman]With over 2 minutes left Elle goes to town
pinning Alexis in a corner. The blonde leans in working short
crisp punches into the brunette's ribs. The sound of leathers
smacking off of damp skin can be heard echoing throughout the
ballroom as Alexis huddles up in a tight guard. Elle picks her
spots landing pot shots to the ribs, abs, chest and when Alexis
brings her arms in she goes to work on those impressive biceps.
Alexis is holding on but the damage is adding up and while
Alexis throws and occasional strike she is severely being out
hit until the round mercifully comes to an end. Alexis lets out
a big sigh and shakes her arms as she heads for her stool. With
a dominant round Elle takes a 28-27 lead.[/font]
[font=times new roman]There in not a whole lot of sympathy
coming from Candice and Erin who let Alexis know in no uncertain
terms that she is losing this fight. Elle sits on her stool and
sucks on a water bottle while Jayden and Julianne towel her off
and go over some new tactics.[/font]
[font=times new roman]Round 4: [/font]
[font=times new roman]Elle is off her stool early and looks like
she did before the fight started. Alexis on the other hand looks
disheveled and has lost the hop in her step. Elle stands flat
footed in the middle while Alexis circles to the left uselessly
throwing the jab. Elle sits back then darts forward catching
Alexis on the side of the head with a right hook. Alexis in
spooked and in retreat as Elle slowly but methodically cuts the
ring until she corners Alexis. [/font]
[font=times new roman]With nowhere to go Alexis ties up the
blonde wrapping her in a tight bearhug. Elle pulls an arm free
and start landing some more punches to that sore right bicep. A
furious Alexis is chirping at the ref. �Break!� Come on ref! Get
her off of me!� Adrianne finally steps in but not before Elle
lands some more punches to Alexis's aching right bicep.[/font]
[font=times new roman]�What the f^ck, ref!� Do you fu^cking
job!�[/font]
[font=times new roman]Adrianne slaps her hands together and Elle
is all over Alexis is shoulder scrubbing her into the ropes.
Elle rests her head on the brunettes shoulder and start pumping
punches into Alexis ribs and tummy. Alexis bends forward but is
straightener up with an uppercut to the chin. Again Alexis locks
Elle in a bearhug but the punches come in bunches. Alexis lifts
Elle off the ground in an attempt to catch a break but Adrianne
lets them fight it out. Elle keeps up the volume and when the
bell finally clangs Alexis is moaning and gasping for air.
[/font]
[font=times new roman]Candice and Erin quickly gather their
battered fighter and help her to her stool. In a complete
drubbing, Elle takes the round 10-7 and has build a commanding
38-34 lead.[/font]
[font=times new roman]Round 5: [/font]
[font=times new roman]It takes some coaxing to get Alexis off
her stool but at the bell she has her guard up and is moving
from side to side, A snap jab lands on the nose and Alexis may
be back in the fight. Another cross catches Elle on the cheek
and she follows it up with a left hook-right cross combo. Elle
shakes it off but keeps coming forward. She eats a few more jabs
but manages to work her way in close and she starts landing jack
hammers to Alexis ribs making her howl out with each penetrating
blow. A punch to the belly blows the air from her lungs and an
uppercut to her left breast brings tears to her eyes. [/font]
[font=times new roman]Alexis tries to tie up Elle but gets
muscled away and belted across the lips. More punches to the
biceps and Alexis is wincing now unable to lift her aching arms.
As a last ditch resort Alexis grabs a handful of blonde hair
forcing Adrianne to step in and give her a stern warning.
[/font]
[font=times new roman]When the fight resumes it's clear that
Alexis can barely hold up her guard and after some crippling
hooks to the ribs Candice throws in the towel. Adrianne steps in
and pulls Elle of her vanquished foe. Alexis falls to the mat
and rolls up in a fetal position straddling her bruised and
battered body. Candice and Erin rush in as do the medics as Elle
raises her hands and celebrates with Jayden and Julianne.[/font]
[font=times new roman]Elle Fanning wins by corner stoppage at 1
minute 23 seconds of the 5[sup]th[/sup] round[/font]
[font=times new roman]Post Fight:
[/font]
[font=times new roman]Alexis is still moaning on the mat as
tears run down her cheeks. Joe Rogan looks down at Alexis then
goes to interview the winner.[/font]
[font=times new roman]Joe: Elle! Elle! That was an amazing
display of striking.[/font]
[font=times new roman]Elle: Thanks, Joe. You do what you
can.[/font]
[font=times new roman]Joe: What compelled you to go to the body
like that?[/font]
[font=times new roman]Elle: Full credit to Alexis. Most women
wouldn't have lasted that long. She's tough, no doubt but in the
end I broke her. [/font]
[font=times new roman]Joe: We haven't seen many body beatdowns
like that. Did you feel that she might wear down easily?[/font]
[font=times new roman]Elle: Hell no. Look at her she's got
muscles on top of muscles. We felt that she was the better boxer
and would pick me apart if we stood and traded. They wanted me
to get in close and maybe even it up a bit.[/font]
[font=times new roman]Joe: You did more than just even it up.
You put an epic beatdown on her.[/font]
[font=times new roman]Elle: Maybe so but she can turn your
lights out if she can get those arms extended. We kept her from
doing that.[/font]
[font=times new roman]Joe: You went to her arms. That's
something I've only seen from Canelo Alvarez.[/font]
[font=times new roman]Elle: Not sure who that is but the
Wannabee's have been doing that for a long time. After awhile it
takes the sting out of your punches and it's hard to lift your
guard. Pretty classic Wannabee technique. [/font]
[font=times new roman]Joe: Oh, I see that Alexis is sitting
up.[/font]
[font=times new roman]Elle looks over and nods her head in
agreement.[/font]
[font=times new roman]Elle: Alexis is just a little banged up,
that's all. She'll be just fine in a couple of days.[/font]
[font=times new roman]Alexis is helped up but it silently
sobbing as she holds onto her battered body.[/font]
[font=times new roman]Elle: OK, maybe a couple of weeks. [/font]
[font=times new roman]Joe: How does this affect you going
forward?[/font]
[font=times new roman]Elle: This fight? How does this fight
affect me? It's just another fight, Joe. The are winners and
losers and sometimes someones gets banged up. When you step into
the cage or the ring you know the the consequences. [/font]
[font=times new roman]Joe: Do you think that Alexis may have
internal injuries?[/font]
[font=times new roman]Elle: What the f$ck, Joe. Are you looking
for me to apologize for beating the crap out of her? She got her
butt kicked and I'm not the least bit sorry. She is going to be
fine, trust me.[/font]
[font=times new roman]With that Elle abruptly ends the interview
and leaves the ring with Jayden and Julianne.[/font]
[font=times new roman]Joe: Ladies and Gentleman, your winner,
Elle Fanning![/font]
