watching the bolum the other day. Where does the insomnia of
Cihanger comes from? and why he went abroad? what happened there
and triggered insomnia? hopefully those will be answered in the
following episodes, what do you think?

What causes insomnia?
t\'s not always clear what triggers
insomnia, but it\'s often associated with:
tress and anxiety
a poor sleeping environment such as an uncomfortable bed, or
a bedroom that\'s too light, noisy, hot or cold
ifestyle
factors such as jet lag, shift work, or drinking alcohol or
caffeine before going to bed
ental health conditions such
as depression and schizophrenia
hysical health conditions
such as heart problems, other sleep disorders and long-term
pain
ertain medicines such as some antidepressants,
epilepsy medicines and steroid medication

he
house he is visiting is called \'Gzyasi Tutan\' meaning \'Tear
Catcher\'

o he gets probably the message to go
to this house, is later there again, has an isomnia attack and
falls into the pool, only to wake up and defend himself against
Terzi?

omething may have
happened in that house when he was small and it had to be an age
where he can remember things of course. He may have been put
onto medication because of a trauma, sent abroad to forget the
things. Now it clearly didn\'t work
o my guess he witnessed
something, was put onto meds and now the memories are coming
back. Now that\'s a cruel thing to do to your child, no?

\'I love it there. Besides I have memories from there that are
old like you\' ? I think that is what he is saying. Hinting
something to Cihangir.

Could it be something to do with water? Maybe he drowned or had
a near death experience.Bc to me it seems that water is really
big part of his character. But then again the painting of that
house kinda helps him sleep. And from the trailer it seems like
he faints and falls into the pool of that house. Again water. He
cannot remember what happened and according to his fiance his
insomnia started after he went aboard.
literally have no
theories whatsoever about what happened to him lol.
lso
Kaan. From what I understand Halka created a trap for him so
that he could go to prison. Why did they do that??
lso I feel
like there is story between Huymera and Ilhan (these names btw,
I\'m sure I will never spell them right). He seems in love with
her in a way. Also his wife said sth about this situation. Btw
there is also between iskander and Ilhan\'s wife. Could it be
that Kaan is her and Iskander\'s son and cihangir is ilhan and
humeyras. Ilhan finds out and stages the kidnapping so that he
can raise his own son and gives humeyra kaan. Maybe Iskender
doesn\'t even know that he has a son. Lol what am I saying btw.
I am turning this into a Mexican telenovela. I better stop now

em>While both narcolepsy and insomnia are
sleep disorders that cause daytime tiredness, narcolepsy occurs
when someone cannot control when they fall asleep and insomnia
occurs when someone has trouble falling (and staying) asleep.
People with narcolepsy fall into the deepest sleep cycle almost
immediately, called REM sleep, while people with insomnia
struggle to fall asleep and will feel like they didnt get
enough sleep upon waking up. </em>

ut it also sounds like a mix in his
case, if you can have both at the same time.

water drinking and I also googled that (I love how I learn these
things thanks to dizis lol)
