Per�in will likely begin airing in the new drama season of |

2018/2019. The story is based on Terrence Malick`s movie �Days |
|
Of Heaven� in which a farm worker convinces his lover, who |
|
pretends to be his sister, to marry the rich farm owner so that |
|
they have a claim on his fortune after his death. They marry and |
|
the owner stays surprisingly healthy. Of course feelings get |
|
tangled. |
|
|
|
hile the american version is set in 1916, �Once upon |
|
a time in �ukurova� will be set in the 1970s.� Two young lovers, |
|
dreaming of marrying, must flee after trouble befalls them, |
|
hiding their identity. Moving from �ukurova to Adana, they start |
|
working at a farm and pretend to be siblings to avoid gossip. |
|
The first two episodes have been already shot. Since the |
|
release date got postponed, they stopped shooting for a while. |
|
They started filming again. From the third episode onwards the |
|
director changed.�� |
