300 gr medium ground beef
onion, sliced
large tomato,peeled, diced

em>Garlic-Yogurt Sauce:</em>

and cook on medium-low heat until all the water evaporates while
stirring. Then add the tomato, cook over medium-low heat until
the tomatoes are done while stirring.
