From what I saw of it it wasn't that bad, but piss poor planning
by not involving Bryan at some point in the Rumble itself to
placate the crowd and get heat on someone. The opener was
cooking though :).

I wouldnt even use the word terrible. I'd use the words
predictable and utter utter shit.

I actually thought it was a entertaining PPV overall. All the
matches brought good action and memorable moments in my opinion.
I even though Cena vs Orton was surprisingly great despite
people dumping on the match. As DB not being in the Rumble, it
was a good idea because it was the fuel for his storyline at
that moment in time. What they should have done is give the
final spot to a heel and not a legend babyface like Rey
Mysterio. Steve Austin had a great idea about giving Bad News
Barrett that spot instead, and doing a promo on the way into the
ring. Would have been gold. Too bad they didn't go with it.
