A person walking along Quarry Road discovered a garbage bag
containing the decomposing body of Jane Doe. The bag was in the
weeds about 20 feet from the road. Jane Doe is described as a
black female, 25-35 years of age, 5'5" tall and weighing about
130 pounds. The victim was wearing purple shorts, a black bra, a
handkerchief on her head, hoops earrings (ears were pierced
once) and pink/purple nail polish. An autopsy failed to
determine the cause of death. The victim had a scar from a
hysterectomy. She had no tattoos. Her teeth were near perfect
with no fillings.

Circumstances
The body an unknown black female was located along Quarry Rd.,
Caernarvon Twp., Berks Co., PA on 08/21/01. She was located
approx. 20 ft. off of the roadway in the weeds. She was stuffed
inside a large heavy-duty black plastic bag. She was in a fetal
position inside the bag. She was in an advanced state of
decomposition but so much that it was evident that she had no
marks or tattoos on her body. There was a scar on her lower
abdomen that was from a hysterectomy operation. It is believed
that she had been dumped at this location within 7-8 days prior
to her discovery. This location is approx. ¼- ½ mile from the
PA Turnpike, Exit 22 (Morgantown exchange). The autopsy results
are available to law enforcement agencies upon request. The
toxicology results indicated that she did NOT have drugs or
alcohol in her system. Both thumbprints from the victim were
also obtained.

Approximate Height and Weight: 5'4"-5'6"; 110-130 lbs.
Distinguishing Characteristics: Short black curly hair, about 1
inch long. Bust size: 36-C. Fingernails and toenails were
painted purple. Her ears were pierced once.
Distinguishing Marks: There was a scar on her lower abdomen that
was from a hysterectomy operation. She had no tattoos.
Clothing: Purple cotton gym shorts (large). Black bra (size
36-C). Zebra striped panties. Multicolored bandanna on her head
that was mostly black.
Jewelry: A pair of small gold colored hoop earrings (costume
jewelry).
Fingerprints: Available. Both thumbprints from the victim were
obtained.
Dentals: Available. Very good condition (straight) with no
dental work.

Case History
The body the victim was located along Quarry Road, between
Morgan Way, 1/10 mile south of Route 10, Morgantown, Berks
County, PA on August 21, 2001 at about 19.00.
She was located approximately 20 feet off of the roadway in the
weeds. She was stuffed inside a large heavy-duty black plastic
bag. She was in a fetal position inside the bag. This location
is approximately 1/4-1/2 mile from the PA Turnpike, Exit 22
(Morgantown exchange).
The toxicology results indicated that she did NOT have drugs or
alcohol in her system.
