Old technology left behind |

Reading this article made me feel old, the good old days of the |
|
Sony Walkman, VCR, CRT TV's and more |
|

i remember back in late 1994, i had bought my second car which |
|
had a cassette player in it. I spent hours crafting a small box |
|
filled with foam cushioning to allow my technics cd player to |
|
sit on the seat without skipping during songs. This was then |
|
hooked up to the tape deck via a 3.5 mm jack plug in the cd |
|
player headphone socket which ran to a tape you put in the |
|
tapedeck. |

How cool was i cruising round with music on CD? Probably not |
|
very, as nowadays i have 20 times the amount of songs, on a 1cm |
|
x 1cm USB stick. ;D |
|
I still think Boom Boxes were **** hot though, in the early 90's |
|
i would hang out in the local town on a night listening to some |
|
awesome music on an assortment of kick ass equipment. |
