How are we even going to make a tournament on here?????? its not

Of course it's different. This is a forum, not a wiki.
I created a page for you like you asked. Just create a topic and
start running tournaments.
It was your idea to join RFF and this is the same kind of forum
as RFF so I assumed you'd know better :D
Remember, this is a new thing for me too.

Yeah i know haha :P on the other RFF site i have seen people do
really awesome tournaments they would do them in chucks though
they would not do the whole leg so they might do they flights
and route info then they would have a certain amount of time to
shout out then they would reveal results then they would do the
next part of the leg so like in parts or chunks hahha :P
