Discus

I've been planning on getting 4 snow white discus, but I've
heard that if you feed them anything with red pigment it will
change their color. What should I feed them to keep them white?

I believe that 'snow white' discus are called so because of the
lack of stress bars and have white eyes. Their face and fins
can have faint hues of color.
I've not heard of a food pigment causing problems with any fish,
however if your feeding quality food you won't have any issues
at all.
Even feeding Omega One Super color flakes, with all the colors
of the flakes, won't cause you any problems.
Good luck!
Paul
