African Dwarf Frogs |

Quick questions guys/gals. I had a fish tank when I was younger |
|
but my parents pretty much took care of it. Me and my wife |
|
decided to get a 45 gallon tank a few days ago. I am in the |
|
middle of cycling it now but when it is finished I was thinking |
|
about putting an African Dwarf Frog in it. Any thoughts? What |
|
are some fish I could keep with the ADF? I'm thinking about |
|
maybe some Tetras, Mollies, Danios. I'll also have a Pleco in |
|
it, the kind that maxes out at 4 inches or so. Thanks. And I |
|
just started listening to the podcast and I love it!! |

Wow, rholden11... I wish I could help. I know nothing about |
|
keeping African Dwarf Frogs. |
|
I can't imaging them being to difficult to keep with Mollies or |
|
Platties. |
|
An air stone helps circulate the water, and provide oxygen |
|
exchange, so having one is quite possibly a benefit. |
|
Let us know how it comes together. |

I'll def keep you posted. Since I'm just getting back into |
|
aquariums, and I'm really excited about it, I'm going to wait on |
|
the dwarf frog. I'm gonna let my tank establish itself for a |
|
few months then add the ADF. Thanks for your reply. Also, I'm |
|
thinking about going with an amazon tank instead of mollies, |
|
platys. Probably some tetras and a smaller pleco to start it |
|
off. |
