Addiction....Am I the only one? |

Hi Im Mandy and Im addicted to tanks......So a few months ago I |
|
started with a 45 GA corner tank mostly Malawi Cs....then I got |
|
a 10Gal for a better home for my Goldfish (yes he was in a bowl, |
|
now I know better and he has a friend). So I want my cichlids to |
|
be happy and I found a great deal on a 75Ga long with a |
|
stand...which means my 45 will become a community tank.....i |
|
also got work to let me gut and revamp there 55GA into an angel |
|
tank in our break room..I REALLY want an Oscar so he needs a |
|
nice size tank too....I may have a problem... |

I know how you feel. Last Christmas my roomates gifted me a 6 |
|
gallon tank. Three weeks later I bought a 27 gallon hexagon. Two |
|
months later I bought a 30 gallon half moon to replace the 27 |
|
gallon hexagon. About three months later I setup up the 27 as a |
|
glofish tank. A month ago I bought another 30 gallon hexagon to |
|
replace the 27 but before I set that one up a friend gave me |
|
their 150. I'm almost ready to setup the 150 and I found an |
|
amazing deal on a 250. The only saving grace is I don't have all |
|
the tanks ruining at the same time,I'm only using the half moon |
|
and the 27. I have bought the 250(10 feet long) and everyone I |
|
talk to thinks I'm being ridiculous but I haven't made up my |
|
mind and I keep thinking about the 250. So yea I think it's an |
|
addiction too |

I feel your pain lol. Me and my family went from a 10 gal. to a |
|
65 gal right after xmas . It will soon have African cichlids In |
|
it |

I am in the same boat started with a 20gal, then that turned |
|
into a 40gal, then a 75gal, and now I have 125gal. I have all |
|
these tanks filled with african cichlids, my buddy is moving to |
|
his new place and he doesn't what his 75gal any more. I might |
|
have to and it to my collection. LOL |
