| How do you filter monster fish tanks? | |

| This is a question I have often wondered; how do you filter | |
| properly huge fish tanks, like 1000 gallons +. Do you connect up | |
| 6 Fluval FX6s, install a huge sump, use some sort of massive | |
| pond filter? | |
| Even more of an issue if you want it in your living room, how do | |
| you make something that has to move that much water quiet? | |
| Nice problem to have mind. | |

| for large tanks sumps are the most cost effective way to filter. | |
| I have also seen some people use filters and pumps intended for | |
| pools on large aquariums. | |

| I do not know much about Flowerhorns other than they can be very | |
| aggressive and depending on the type can be quite variable in | |
| size. A have heard of quite a few people ending up with a single | |
| fish in a 75 gallon tank due to aggression. This article should | |
| be able to provide you with some more details: | |
