The mollies AGAIN! |

There goes my mollies again! It's hard to tell, because they're |
|
good hiders, but I think I have 8 new fry again. ::) |
|
With the last batch, I played survivor (just left them in the |
|
tank) and actually thought I lost all of them, but this morning |
|
one lone little guy swam out to join the new little guys. I'll |
|
probably just let this batch go as well. I don't have high |
|
hopes as my silver male seems to have developed a taste for |
|
sushi. Which is a little weird. Mollies do eat fry, but |
|
they're usually not this bad about it. |
|
In the other news, my little baby ABNP has about quadrupled in |
|
size in the past three weeks or so. Still not large enough to |
|
sex, but he/she is getting a really fat head ;D |
|
I love watching baby fish grow up. |

When I see fries in my guppies tank I am always thrilled but you |
|
may not be as excited cause you have seen ton of fries ain't it |

Oooh, I always gets excited with new fry. Actually, right now |
|
I'm kinda bummed at how I have to handle things, but I had to |
|
tear down my fish room so we could sell the house. You can't |
|
sell a house with a fish room. It's a fact of life lol! So, I |
|
don't really have room for a lot of fry. Survival of the |
|
fittest it is and .. when we sell the house, I'll probably have |
|
to give the fish I do have away before we move. :( |
|
Normally I'd be isolating the females in maternity tanks and |
|
take a lot of care with my fry. Watching babies grow up is my |
|
favorite part of the hobby. Breeding those babies you spawned |
|
and raised is exciting too. Selling them at the club auctions |
|
and stuff doesn't suck either lol! |
|
Hopefully someone will buy my house soon, I can get moved and |
|
get back into the groove. I get so depressed when I see a |
|
species that I want to work with come available on some of my |
|
club sites and I can't get them. |
|
I might have to add some catfish to my projects though. This |
|
little ABNP my friend gave me is a hoot. I haven't had any kind |
|
of plecos for years and forgot how fun they can be to watch. |

Oh, and I totally dig guppies. Any livebearers really, but |
|
guppies have a certain kind of wiggle that I find adorable. |
