so i saw this video on youtube where the user is experiencing |
|
issues with tabletpro based upon the pen setting of dominant |
|
hand control (located under start |
|
menu>settings>devices>pen>choose which hand you right with) |
|

and im noticing the same issue as well. i even have the setting |
|
checked for, "allow simultaneous operation of pen and touch |
|
(HID) Note: it will depend on device" and i am using the core i7 |
|
SP4. the user in the video is using a surface book. |
|
even when i set the device settings to left hand, instead of |
|
right hand, i get some stutter, and certain buttons want to |
|
press twice in the left hand column. and since i am using left |
|
hand, i cant rest my right hand in the screen because it |
|
registers it as a right click. |
|
my current setup is side mode on the left hand side. |
|

Hi Charnj, |
|
I know we talked in email. For anyone having this problem make |
|
sure you have artist pad mode selected. If you build a layout on |
|
the "side" mode the palm rejection won't work correctly and |
|
there can be various other problems. The layout can be "missing" |
|
if the size of the artist pad is not selected as the same size |
|
as the one built in the editor. |
|
You may also not find the artist pad if you are using version 1 |
|
of the software. In that case proceed to www.tabletpro.net and |
|
sign up for the beta group. |
