Young Adult Application (ages 18-20)

[center]Young Adult Application (ages 18-20)[/center]
***Before applying with a young adult, the body must have at
least one other inner/alter who has been active on the board for
at least 3 months. We at SNF do not consider a young adult as
either a child or adult but a transition phase between the two.
They will have a lot more freedom than a child, and be allowed
to act as adults in minor situations with young children, but
not held to the same set of responsibilities as those 21 and
over.
Inner kids, Inner adults, and alters are welcome to join our
site, but we ask everyone to fill in an application in order to
protect Starlit Night Falls and its members. This site has a
very strict acceptance policy, so please understand that it may
take some time to process your application, and there is no
guarantee you will be accepted. If you are approved, you will
receive notification by email.

Parts one and two of this application will form your 'member
profile' if accepted. Part three is 'real life' information for
the reference of the Administration only. You must fill out and
submit every section of this application to be considered for
membership.

Please state if your young adult is likely to need any
discipline. If so, please describe the amount of discipline your
young adult would need:
Is your young adult comfortable non-physically disciplining
young children (aged 4-7)? If so, how?
Who may administer discipline to the Young Adult? Please select
one of the following.
(1) Discipline may only be administered by the young adult's
family members (must be on-site and active)
(2) Discipline may only be administered by the following people
(Must be on-site and active. Must gain permission from the adult
before putting their name here.)
(3) Any adult may discipline the young adult

Is it alright to spank the young adult on the thighs?
Other forms of effective discipline:
Are you comfortable with men disciplining the young adult?
Are you comfortable with women disciplining the young adult?
Is the young adult comfortable with changing, bathing and
dressing a child? What are their intimate care limits when it
comes to children? (Please be specific)
Please list ALL triggers. Triggers elicit a strong emotion.
Please list what the reaction will be to a trigger, and how it
MAY be handled (not necessarily will).
Please take the time to list ALL hard limits. Hard limits are
triggers that may not be approached or broken for any reason.
