Clash of Snow and Song Ending Summaries
By: Karahl Date: March 8, 2014, 9:35 am
---------------------------------------------------------
Soooo, this might take me a while. Figured that since I have a
number of characters to go through, I may as well take my time
in posting everyone's endings whom have made a significant
impact in a positive, neutral or negative way. This includes the
4th person who didn't end up getting banished due to lack of
significant, final action to trigger it. :P Keep an eye out for
updates, I guess!

Sonic
Conclusion Title: Valiant Hero
Sonic has made a significant participation in the arc by
providing an array of assort posts which were either
heart-warming, exciting, heart-tugging, frightening, solemn and
funny when appropriate. He even surprised me that he had let
Mardius 'live on', which in turn provides me with more
opportunities with this character and for anyone else who has
use for him.
Positives:
[li]Takes initiative in posts, for both IC and OOC. IC adds some
direction when needed and OOC to pick up the pace whenever
things slow down too much.[/li]
[li]Acknowledges the threat the Songbirds posed against him.
(BIG PLUS!!!)[/li]
[li]Acknowledges damage and challenges presented to him without
a quick fix. (i.e. Not God-Modding.)[/li]
[li]Made posts which made me feel all kinds of emotions when
appropriate. (Big accomplishment.)[/li]
[li] Took the initiative to put forward creative solutions to
problems.[/li]
[li] Able to empathize with the 'other side'. Such as Priuella
after learning that she only wanted to be loved instead of
shunned.[/li]
Negatives:
[li]Occassional inconsistencies. e.g. Wanting to help, then not
wanting to help the next moment. (Rarely happened anyway.) [/li]
As in from nowhere Sonic blasted in at high speed making his
presence known. He stops infront of the guards and begins to
taunt. "Yo did you guys get hit with the ugly stick or did your
mum just drop you when you were little.....a lot." He told them
flipping the middle finger.
----
Sonic seeing Soul give off a blast snatched him away from the
creature quickly holding himself and the cyan hedgehog back
against the wall. "Ohh......man that thing did not just talk."
As it got closer and closer he looked up at the stone slab. "All
the things I never got to do. I never got to tell Kara how much
I love her. I'll never get to have kittens with her. I'll never
get to take Flavie on a date,Feel Venus's breasts or see Tails
grow up." Sonic was now really worried. He looked up and
screamed. "Sapphire HIT IT HARDER DON'T YOU LET US DIE DOWN
HERE!"
----
Sonic uncurls and came to a skidding stop sliding next to
Karahl. His hands shake as he looks over her unable to hold them
still out of fear. "no.....no...NONONONONOONO NOOOOOOOOOO" What
started as barely believing whispers turned to solid screams.
What kind of hero was he if he couldn't even protect those he
cared about. "Kara.....NO WAKE UP!" He shivered and held her
close looking to the divine being before him. "If only I had the
Chaos Emeralds I could fix this all of it." He placed his cheek
against hers trying his hardest not to cry. "YOU WAKE UP YOU
B,ITCH YOU HEAR ME! YOUR STRONGER THAN THIS!" He screamed
anguish in his voice. "YOU GET UP AND FIGHT!!!! YOU PROMISED
ME!!!." He held her tighter looking towards the newly formed
fish. Tears begun streaming down his eyes as he could no longer
hold it in. "Kara....come on this....is just like the day I took
you finishing. You love fish get up and eat this
one.......please." His voice became a whispered hush as he
talked.
As her head hung loose he only cried harder on his knees covered
in her blood. "Come.......get
up.......Sush.i..right.....HerEEEEEE." He buried his face in her
chest unable to keep up the joking facade. As she fell limp
Sonic lost all sense of sensation the hurt the heat, pain, all he
felt was sorrow and emptiness. "you.....promised me you would
help me and now.......you.....er gun..na bail?" He whimpered
between words feeling as she got colder he held her close. "You
have that contract kill me if you want....just please......wake
up......please." Each plead for her to get up was belted out
quieter than the last as he had lost his voice from screaming.
Sonic it seemed was in his own little word as if time stood
still slowed down and their was no more threat. He wanted to
hurt those responsible for this but it wouldn't bring Karahl
back. He placed a single hand over one eye and shook his head.
"Don't leave me......"

Sapphire
Conclusion Title: Pacifist
Sapphire was a relief in the arc as it was very welcoming and
interesting to have a character who will not engage in combat
(unless it is absolutely necessary). This is simply because it
lessens the predictability in various scenarios and opens up
more opportunities for me, the arc and your character to other
options that most other characters wouldn't take. For example,
Keillah would never exist if it weren't for you!
Positives:
[li]Pacifist tendencies creates more and interesting variations
in the arc. i.e. You don't have the 'I must fight to win'
attitude. (BIG PLUS!)[/li]
[li]Acknowledges the threat the Songbirds posed against her.
(BIG PLUS!!!)[/li]
[li]Acknowledges challenges presented to her without a quick
fix. (i.e. Not God-Modding.)[/li]
[li] Took the initiative to put forward creative solutions to
problems.[/li]
[li] Able to empathize with the 'other side' and taking the time
to listen to them. Such as Keillah.[/li]
Negatives:
[li]Sapphire (IC) tends to be a follower. So don't be afraid to
be more upfront with your ideas and play leader for a short
while. This will open up more opportunities for rp and character
development.[/li]

"I'm not a little girl! And I'm clearly more mature then both
you and the Dragon, since I'm not the one who's fighting with my
team mates while we are on a mission!" She growled, as she
continued to walk closer to them.
"Both of you need to stop, and save this pathetic fight for
later"
----
"Oh come on Soooonic!" Sapphire groaned, as she dragged him down
the path, That her, Shoke,Soul and Sonic had to take.
"Could you please get up and walk? your making this so much more
harder then it should be" she said, as she got a better grip on
his arms and then started dragging him along again.
"The quicker we do this, the quicker we get out of this
underwater ninja wolf base thing"
----
Sapphire hugged the young girl songbird back, letting her cry,
while Sapphire tried blocking out the sounds of her allies
fighting and falling.
She soon released her and turned around to face back towards
everyone else.
Her eyes went wide when she saw the Goddess, "s-she's real..
Keillah.. Look.." She said softly, as she gently shook her
songbird friend's shoulder.
"What did she do to the Snowclaws?"

Forte
Conclusion Title: Golden Warrior
Forte was always a charm to have on board the arc; with his much
needed leadership skills, prowess and formidable presence he was
an asset to the team. His culture of watching over gods and
being mutually respctful of them brought an interesting aspect
to the arc as he was tested by his allied loyalties or his
culture.
Positives:
[li]Acknowledges the threat the Songbirds posed against him.
(BIG PLUS!!!)[/li]
[li]Unpredictable without threatening to derail the arc.[/li]
[li]Acknowledges challenges and damages presented to her without
a quick fix. (i.e. Not God-Modding.)[/li]
[li] Took the initiative to put forward creative solutions to
problems.[/li]
[li] Able to empathize with the 'other side' and taking the time
to listen to them. Such as Priuella.[/li]
Negatives:
[li]I felt that Forte probably could have done a bit more in the
arc by taking more initiative to act and react, given this
character design.[/li]

He shot a death glare to the priest, as he snarled out, "Don't
be a cur! Spewing out a petty rule change just because you don't
want to be challenged!"
He began to glare even more, a confirmation of his age
skillfully called out on him, "We have that ability because we
SERVE the Gods of this world! You are living on Borrowed time
you billowy CORPSE!"
...Nevermind the prince was still but a whelp, age or not.
His eyes went towards Constance, his voice still loud, but in
the careful tone he would only utter with her.
"Your Majesty... You do not have to do this! I do intend on
seeing to you getting what you want! But not with this...
Lickspittle!"
----
Forte followed along, though kept along with the Princess as he
listened to the Cats.
His eyes narrowed as he thought carefully, still looking about.
His kingdom himself believed they are the sole guardians of a
number of Gods.
A God of Chaos, a God of Order...
A Goddess of Balance...
He shook his head, trying not to cloud his judgement in the case
there might be another Goddess.
"...We have no proof she exists. Not yet." He growled out, "I
suppose it is because I am from another time... but their words
make quite a bit of sense to me... yet. If she is a fallacy...
then why did she Cry? Why is that corpse still walking?!"
He ceased his outburst, as he muttered, "What exactly do they
think your brother will be of use for to a Goddess... much less
the Princess."
...More and more questioned seemed to haze about his mind.
He trusts Karahl, and her intentions... her ways seem just.
..But at the same time.. apart from Mardius trying to kill the
Princess...
The more he witnessed the abilities of the Wolves from their..
Goddess... it seemed they might have a reasoning as well.
----
It seemed that the old Hyena was fearful of his Goddess.
..As it should be.
His wings shifted for a bit, a sign that he was restless, rather
angry, as he carefully went towards the side, past many
engravings, and around the fallen Snow-Claws.
His eyes narrowed as he was addressed,
"My name is Piu Forte of Pathros, Goddess." He muttered, careful
of his wording as he breathed deeply.
Focus.
She is a Goddess of ill omen who has had her peons injure a
child!
To injure his Comrade, her family and her clansmen!
His instinct and his morals were at odds...
But he had to figure out what was the right thing!
"You are but a Minor Goddess? A child of Chaos?" He asked
cautiously, "I have heard more then enough of a promised land.
What land would that be?".
His hand remained on the hilt of his Jambiya, taking note of how
the others were preparing for battle.
...One cannot plan for something like this.. but to simply
attack one who is of an immortal birth!?
To him it was pure madness!
"You protect those who honor you... As the times when your
presence was admired when the kingdoms of old yearned for war
and manipulation. I have witnessed myself that such a time is no
longer present. Are you here to take your followers to that
promised land away from this world? Or is it to bestow them much
more to rewitness the time of war?!"
His eyes broke from her visage to glance back over to Sonic and
Karahl.
Perhaps his speaking to her would give the others the time to
ready themselves.
And for his mind to finally have a intended way for his own
decision.

Shoke
Conclusion Title: Chaos Magnet
Shoke brought in interesting elements into RP, epesially when it
came into tactical/strategic thinking towards the start and
middle of the arc. However it seemed that based on his posts and
some misguided assumptions, the RPer appeared to lose interest
in the arc.
Positives:
[li]Leadership skills[/li]
[li]Strategic thinking[/li]
[li]Variety of skills at his disposal which could have been used
to solve various problems.[/li]
Negatives:
[li]Seems rather forced in combat, doesnt like to acknowledge
damage or avoids hits at the last second even after post has
been made. (Dock 32)[/li]
[li]Arc Host didnt need to do anything to add challenge to his
characters abilities or give a life-threatening situation. RPer
appears to not like his character to be challenged unless he
himself is in full control of the variables. i.e. Shutting down
his own magic (Fel bomb) with his own device and IC Shoke almost
dying in the Sanctuary without Arc Host doing anything.[/li]
[li]Likes to focus and expand on own character information in
Arc threads when that could easily be done in any other thread
at any other time; rather than actually interact with the arc
elements. [/li]

Shoke stared at the four guards with intent.
"Okay, so if we want to get in, unless Kara can find a second
entrance, we need to take those guys out. Most likely there will
be other guards waiting on the inside ready to pounce out the
second those guys give the word. We need to take this either
silently and quick, or loud and gung-ho. What do you guys think
we should do?" Shoke asked.

Shoke snapped his fingers. "Okay, I think I've got it." Shoke
pointed at the guard with purple streaked eyes. "He's probably
the leader, so I'll warp in and knock him out. After that, you
guys can do what you please with the other guards. Just don't
make it too loud." Shoke turned to Crime. "And if you could come
up with a distraction, like say, throwing a rock over by those
metal shipping containers over there..."
----
Shoke was glad to have someone else to lean on, but for some
reason, was blushing. Was he... falling for this girl? As the
young Songbird tried to convince them to leave, alongside
telling of what the Snow-claws did and of their past.
"I'm fine... and you don't need to convince me that the
Snow-Claw clan has done some terrible things, as my clan is
guilty of that as well, but we cannot leave. I am here to assist
one of my friends in getting said brother back, and I will not
be swayed in my decision. I'm sorry, and I know you and your kin
are not... evil. I know. But when my friends are directly
involved, it becomes something else." Shoke closed his eyes and
sighed. "That, and alongside the fact that your clan would have
sacrificed the heir to the Redbella throne, I cannot allow the
return of this... Priuella. Even if she promises to bring about
an everlasting peace, and turn pain into pleasure, not all gods
are honest. Even if she granted many this power, I would not
trust any god that was trapped within a stone." Shoke looked at
the poor child. A young girl, most likely sent to convince a
group of intruders to leave their holy ceremony. Shoke opened
his eyes. "I'm sorry, but when I say this, I speak from
experience. I am not going to turn around and leave, and sit
idly by as a reawakened god and her devout but misguided
servants taking over a world for her to rule without opposition.
And if she is an honest god, trapped by the Snow-Claws, then I
will be fighting against the other Songbirds, not her. I have my
own gods I worship, and they grant me amazing power, and I will
be fighting because one of my friends' brother was kidnapped
from his home for some ritual."

Soul
Conclusion Title: The Seer of Souls
Soul was an interesting character to have fit into the arc and
his soul-finding abilities were proven useful upon entering the
Sanctuary.
Positives:
[li]Unique abilities[/li]
[li]Acknowledges the threat the Songbirds posed against him.
(BIG PLUS!!!) [/li]
[li] Acknowledges damage and challenges presented to him without
a quick fix. (i.e. Not God-Modding.) [/li]

Negatives:
[li]Some posts seem to be closed posts, as in, gives little
opportunities for others to interact with and elaborate on.[/li]
[li] I felt that Soul probably could have done a bit more in the
arc by taking more initiative to act and react.[/li]
