| Karahl raised her brows at his answer with mild amusement; he | |
| wanted to keep a level of ambiguity and she respected that | |
| considering that she would have done the same. So much so that | |
| she had foolishly let her guard down a little, even for a brief | |
| moment considered stop fighting given that she had grown | |
| somewhat of a liking to this Mobian. | |
| But alas, such foolishness gave the wolf a window of opportunity | |
| to free himself. When his leg kicked against her the tiger let | |
| out a harsh gasp, after having the wind knocked out of her and | |
| her tail let go of his ankle as she was sent flying backwards | |
| from the force. Her slender frame slammed against the brick wall | |
| behind her, just enough to leave cracks and a slight concave | |
| from the imprint of her figure; the entire back half of her body | |
| rang with a wave of a stinging sensation | |
| Ouch. | |
| The tigress grimaced as she peeled herself off from the wall, | |
| then stretching and tilting her neck until she heard cracks as | |
| she observed her foe. After seeing him forge yet another blunt | |
| frosty weapon she found herself readying her tonfa again. By | |
| this point she her breathing started to grow heavy; both parties | |
| sustained some serious injuries but just how much more abuse | |
| could they take? The ninja even started to wonder if it was | |
| still wise to continue as she stared him down. | |

| He patiently watched the assassin pry herself from the wall, for | |
| her to cause such damage on the building, either the potency of | |
| his leg sweep technique is too much or she is getting weaker, | |
| the latter proven true as Ty's ears picked up heavy breathing, | |
| not from his own windpipe but coming out of her throat. The | |
| frosty canine isn't looking too good either, the injuring on his | |
| forearm swelled up and turned purple, a sign something is | |
| broken. A red finger ring around his neck is visible as a result | |
| from Karahl holding him down earlier, his big fluffy tail is | |
| still leaking blood, his mind is trying to figure out if he will | |
| succumb to passing out from this woman's tenacity or his loss of | |
| blood becoming excessive. | |
| While not as visually obvious, the injury on his ankle caused | |
| him to briefly lose balance before the wolf adjusted himself to | |
| stand firm and tighten his weapon. Breathing became more | |
| prominent, matching the weight of Karahl's release of oxygen. Ty | |
| allowed adrenaline to take over, no formulating strategies or | |
| anything, he moderately approached the assassin attempting to | |
| unleash cold hell by swinging the baseball relentlessly, whether | |
| he landed blows or not means little to him, being too injured to | |
| fight properly has telling signs there is desperation with | |
| nothing to lose. | |
| The fact he chose to only make blunt based weapons to avoid | |
| killing her, and seemingly fight on equal terms meant there is | |
| respect bestowing from him to Karahl and likewise from her to | |
| him, his stern expression didn't exactly changed visually, but | |
| they somehow..softened. He didn't know it yet but his hostility | |
| towards her throughout the fight gradually lessened, even | |
| beginning to like this assassin. Her combat skills are | |
| incredible and her strength is not to be underestimated, he | |
| didn't know her name, yet it felt like there was familiarity | |
| between them. | |

| Karahl was very quickly becoming aware that her condition was | |
| deteriorating as time went on. The longer this battle continued | |
| the worse it was going to get for the both of them. Any other | |
| situation Karahl would have likely fled before she sustained | |
| serious injuries - especially with ones as egregious these - | |
| because she needed to ensure that she was still in top form to | |
| keep working and providing for her family; but now it was too | |
| late for that, she likely wouldn't have gotten far and was | |
| already neck-deep in an unexpected fight which really did put | |
| her skills; plus even strength to the test. It was... thrilling. | |
| Her body cried out in agony. | |
| Her ears were ringing. | |
| Her mind was growing foggy. | |
| Whether either Mobian were aware if it or not, Karahl too | |
| succumbed to the numbness that was putting her movements on | |
| auto-pilot. Both the primal need to survive and now her pride | |
| demanded for her to stay and to fight. From the looks of it she | |
| wasn't about to stop until she passes out, or worse. | |
| When he came at her with that frozen baseball bat Karahl too | |
| charged towards him with tonfa at the ready. Two powerful forces | |
| about to collide yet again, but as it became more evident, not | |
| quite like it was at the start. Unsettling crunches sounded | |
| whenever ice and rock slammed into each other but as expected | |
| Karahl had taken quite a few hits, blocked some strikes and then | |
| attempted some hits of her own with them. Her vision was | |
| starting to fail her and it wasn't because she had ice frozen | |
| over them like before... but she will keep going until she can | |
| no longer move. | |

| Warning: Blood | |
| Every blow traded back and forth Ty's crafted weopon is | |
| beginning to lose its stability, each of them roared or bellowed | |
| in pain but neither are willing to quit it seems, how long can | |
| they keep this up? Visible cracks are forming on the frozen | |
| surface every time the muscular wolf used it to block some of | |
| Karahl's attacks or slamming his blunt object into her figure. | |
| There isn't any notable change in his movement patterns, feeling | |
| too exhausted and guided by his body on auto pilot to think | |
| about doing anything else. | |
| However with every bellow crying out in pain, comes with the | |
| environment and the tigress herself turning into blurry images, | |
| eyesight losing its usefulness and sound dampened, Ty has | |
| reached his limit. A final swing upon Karahl's body caused his | |
| baseball bat to shatter completely, the mobian stopped | |
| attacking, stumbling forwards as a sign of losing balance and | |
| fell on his knees. He desired to rest for the day even if the | |
| alleyway isn't the most comforting place to recover. The world | |
| became dark as his body fell forwards hitting the cold moist | |
| surface, then closed his eyes and lost conscience. awaiting | |
| death as blood expanded from underneath his temple. | |

| Caution: Some bloody description. | |
| The wolf had fought with great determination and Karahl had | |
| fought with great ferocity. Even as her strength waned over time | |
| and her techniques grew sloppy as the agony continued to protest | |
| with bewilderment at her set goal. Perhaps her tonfa remained | |
| virtually unscathed from its sparing use in battle but in no way | |
| could it be said the same for its wielder. | |
| Alas, finally, the last blow was struck as that conjured bat | |
| slammed against her skull and shattered into thousands of | |
| pieces; falling like twinkling rain, then later melting and | |
| blending with the pools of blood below. Karahl was more than | |
| stunned but for now it too appeared that she had reached her | |
| limit. As the canine fell to his knees, Karahl flopped backwards | |
| and onto her backside near the wolf, staring straight ahead of | |
| her with a blankness and gaze which held no traces of cognative | |
| activity; it was even hard to tell if she was aware of just how | |
| life threatening her situation was now or not. Perhaps she had | |
| grown numb to the ringing, the pain, surge of nausea and now | |
| with blood pouring out from her mouth merely hinted at the | |
| internal injuries she had incurred as well. | |
| Little did the feline know, that when her upper body buckled | |
| backwards and slammed into the pavement behind her that she lost | |
| consciousness at the same time as the cryo-wolf. The darkness of | |
| complete and absolute nothingness which followed was the first | |
| experience of relief for the seasoned warrior. | |
|
| |
| Some time had passed and a small group of teenagers were passing | |
| through the alleyway as means of taking a shortcut through part | |
| of the city. They froze in their tracks and gasped at the scene | |
| before them with the two bodies lying there and bleeding out. | |
| "Oh my god!" exclaimed one. | |
| "What the hell happened here?!" yelled another. | |
| A third teen plucked up the courage to get closer to them. | |
| "Are they...?" the first began to ask as they watched their | |
| friend check the vitals if the fallen. | |
| "No, but just barely. If we don't get them to a hospital ASAP | |
| they probably won't make it." the third confirmed urgently. | |
| "Let's just hope that they can make the trip." the second teen | |
| mumbled grimly. | |
