(Act 1) Wie Weit
By: Natasha Date: November 15, 2015, 6:13 pm
---------------------------------------------------------
Natasha frowned as she left the first store; nothing, nothing
she could use to help her. This little search of hers was a
helpless endeavor so far. She needed help, but who would help a
stranger like her? She had to help herself, she kept thinking;
she had to find anything she could use. Perhaps this first store
was just a fluke? She certainly hoped so.

Blaze had done pretty well explaining things to Hackel and the
others so Veira saw no reason to stay with them. At least for
now anyways. Ty was with him so Blaze should be fine....so she
hoped. It wasn't long before Veira saw Natasha leave a nearby
store. She wonder if she should try and speak to her. When they
first met, she was using Blaze's body. She doubted the feline
would recognize her just on voice alone.
Taking a deep breath, the huntress placed her cloak over her
head and walked up behind Natasha clearing her throat. " Hey
there hug a butt...it's been awhile." she said with a small
smirk. How Natasha would respond was up to her.

"Oooo! So I wasn't the only one then! I knew she had that
Hug-A-Butt look!" a voice giggled as the ninja stepped out of
the shadows, "So what are you looking for in particular,
kitten?"

Under normal circumstances Korsy kept to himself and rarely
interacted with mobians after he had fled from his father's
home.
However, recent events had left him uncertain. Zar'roc had said
there was no honor in killing and that he along all other
dragons were weaker. He knew that there was noway he could be as
powerful at him, but it had still dealt a blow to him. As for
the honor in killing, well, he was dishonorable, choosing to
bail out and hide when things got hectic.
In the end he had decided to return to his father's house in the
outskirt of Mobotropolis to recover something to remember him
by, but due to his curiosity and that he had little else to do,
he had gotten side tracked and he gone deeper into the city.
Under the cloak of shadows he sneaked around to avoid the
mobians and just get an general idea of the city, however that
stopped when he saw a little group of three mobians. The main
thing that stopped him was the white bengal tiger, something he
had heard and as far as he knew, was just a clan. Why would she
be here. He didn't know any of the other two, the cat and the
wolf, but he crawled closer and placed himself against a wall
close enough to listen in. For now he would remain hidden and
determine the nature of the what the group was talking about.

Natasha's ear twitched; "That's twice now, are people just
liking the idea of calling me hug-a-butt?" The feline was about
ready to head off for the next store before she thought about it
for a second and turned to Veira. "Have we... met before? You
feel familiar, but..." She knew the wolf from somewhere; the red
and black fur was unmistakable, and that voice was too
memorable.
Being so caught in the thought, she didn't notice that they were
being watched from the shadows. However, Vallerah's question did
bring her back to earth, so to speak; "A-any thing that could
help really; knives, helpful medicine or medkits, rope,
etcetera. Stuff that could be useful to defend ourselves or make
our way around the terrain; they were headed north, and the land
is littered with ravines and crags."

"Alright-a-roony! Lead the way, well, you're gonna be doing a
lot of that. 'Cause, uh, whelp you know why! I could suggest the
next store over though? I'm pretty sure that they supply some
camping and mountain climbing gear." the tiger replied as
enthusiastic as ever, mostly putting it on since the last time
she spoke to the cat. She figured that she had her mind busily
focused on finding Ajax and Karahl than their conversation
earlier.
Vallerah's ears stood up on end, making the overly energetic
tiger stand still for once and pay more attention to her
surroundings. Being trained in the art of stealth, despite her
disruptive energetic nature, it was very, very difficult to
sneak up on a ninja, "Ooooor, another suggestion could be
rounding up some volunteers. Just say you need help to find
someone, that's enough to gather interest." she suggested,
looking over to Veira and towards the general direction where
Korsy was with suspicion.

Veira gave a brief nod to the feline as she kept the ever so
present smirk on her face. " You bet your buns we did. Not to
long ago in fact....remember that boy sitting on the light pole
when Sonic got arrested? Well your looking at the owner of that
voice." she stated with a grin. She gave it a second to sink in
before she simply smiled. " It's me Veira in the flesh...err so
to speak." Veira replied rubbing her head a bit.
She turned to the tiger ninja and tilted her head some. Why did
she look familiar to her? Was she around when Blaze was at that
warehouse awhile back? She figured she'd try and ask. " You
seem a bit energentic for someone who looks like a ninja...."
Veira asked.

Whilst the group was speaking, a golden armored, winged figure
landed on the nearby streetlight. The armor clad female had
been flying overhead when she heard the words 'headed north' and
'ravines' thus deciding to land, and lend an aid. Her
red-orange eyes glinted in the light as she leaned down to get a
better look at the group. Her white feathered wings gently
folding behind her. "Pardon my intrusion, however I couldn't
help but heareth that thou is facing terrain most treacherous
for those who doust not possess the ability to fly." She spoke
calmly, unafraid of this small group of Mobians. With that she
hopped down from the street light, remaining in a kneeling
position. "Lady Lightanis, at your service."

In all honesty Korsy was surprised that only the Tigress herself
had suspected his presence so far.
It seemed that the cat, apparently called Hug-a-Butt by the
wolf, was talking about going north, after someone and that the
terrain was treacherous to those who couldn't fly.
Considering he was a natural flyer and usually climbed in the
mountain areas around his home, he might be able to lend a hand.
"If you need help traversing the terrain to the north," he said
as he stepped out from his hiding place, "i think i might be
able to assist you."
The dragon's scales were emerald green with ivory black horns
and an mineral green set of scales and horns running along the
top of his head.
He closed in on the group and bowed to them.
"My name is Korsy," he said bluntly, "sorry for eavesdropping on
you."

As everyone started appearing and introducing themselves
seemingly at random, Natasha just paused with a dumbfounded look
on her face, looking at her hands and counting the number of
fingers she had to make sure she wasn't just having an odd
dream. "No... No, I'm not dreaming," she mumbled for a moment
before looking at the group, "So, do you guys literally just sit
around waiting for the chance to be 'Prince Charming' or
something? Because you don't even know me and you're offering
your help... Not that I don't appreciate the gesture..." She
held her head for a moment and sighed. "I'll still need to get a
couple of medical supplies; hold on."
With a surprising speed, thanks to the urgency she felt around
the situation, she ran into the store that Vallerah had pointed
out, returning with a pair of small medkits hanging by her belt.
"Okay... Now that I can take a breath for half a second; Lady...
Lightanis, was it? And Korsy? Then of course Vallerah and Veira
are here. Nice to meet you, I'm Natasha, and my fiance is in the
process of being escorted into an elaborate trap; any
questions?" By the look in her eyes it was pretty easy to tell
that although she didn't want to come off as brash or rude, she
wasn't in the mood to wait around when Ajax was no doubt in some
sort of danger. "Gods I could go for a bag of chips to help me
calm down..."
