Pizza on the ORIS

Yes, you can cook pizza on the oris skottle. The bottom of the
pizza becomes nice and crisp while leaving the top cooked to
perfection.
Start with your favorite pizza dough recipe. I like to add some
garlic and oregano to the dough. After the dough is ready I like
to shape it into individual-sized pizza. My kids don't like
fancy toppings, while I do like to have some variety on the
pizza. Spray some foil with olive oil, place the pizza on the
foil. This makes it much easier to transfer the pizza on and off
the skottle.
Heat the skottle on medium heat, too hot and you will burn the
bottom before the top has time to cook. Place the foil with the
pizza on it right on the skottle. Cover with the ORIS lid and
let cook for 3-5 minutes. Check the bottom of the pizza for
doneness.
Enjoy some of the best pizza you can make.
