Absence Rules

---------------------------------------------------------
The following rules have been set in place to ensure that we do
not end up with a roster full of characters that aren't played.
Naturally, real life may sometimes get in the way of roleplay,
and thus we can't expect people to be around at all times. These
rules apply to those who have not given an explanation for their
absence, have not given any estimation regarding when or whether
they might return, or have been absent for a prolonged period of
time. It should also be noted that logging on for a minute every
few weeks is not considered activity, even if it resets the
timer in the roster, nor only coming online to do content; we
are first and foremost a roleplaying guild.
If you have to be away for a while, please let the officers know
through Discord or in-game.

- Hanged
Hanged can be demoted to Red Hand after a month of inactivity.
- Red Hands
Red Hands can be removed from the roster after three months of
inactivity, or demoted to the rank Missing.
- Marked
Marked can be removed from the roster after a month of
inactivity, or demoted to the rank Missing.
- Unmarked
Unmarked can be removed from the roster after two weeks of
inactivity, or demoted to the rank Missing.
- Alts
Alts, regardless of their rank, can be removed from the roster
after a month of inactivity, or demoted to the rank Missing.
- Missing
Missing can be removed from the roster at any time.

These rules are for the enjoyment and integrity of all the
community.
