Online turnaround times FAC

Is there any truth in the matter that online applications,
renewals and variations have slowed up now and is getting a
backlog like paper application.????

Well it didn't take them long to bugger that up, if thats the
case with online i wouldn't like to be waiting on a paper
application.
You could multiply that x 4.

I put in for a variation on the 23/06/2017 via the online system
we shall see how they fair out, off on holidays Thursday 6th
would be nice to have it on the mat when i get back, but i wont
hold my breath but you never know, fingers crossed.

yes all so someone put in a variation the money went out of
there bank the p s n I say they didn't get it done it agine same
thing 3rd time it went though the money went out each time but
were did the info go an how has it that needs to be look at bet
they don't as it will show its not secuer

here it 8 weeks online 20 for paper they are holding back the
paper to push the on line an they cant get that right

Did they refund the money?. When i sent mine i got a email reply
right away to say they had it and they sent a firearms
application ID number.
I did see someone on FB say the got nothing back so had to phone
up to clarify they had it, they said he should of got an email
as soon as it was sent.
But i think some browsers are not working well with the system,
at the start they were pushing out the online variations in 4 to
5 days.

in the end when someone from the basc got on to them up to then
they new noting about it

still say they didn't get the first 2 so how got them someone

Well i can confirm the backlog has arrived at FAB for online
variations, got an email today, nearly four weeks away and have
been told that.
"The changes as yet remain unchanged as the application is still
to be allocated to a processor". So the problem they have now is
there isn't enough
processors to put information on computer.
I bet they are all working on the paper applications lol.
