Hi folks,
Just to let you all know when filling in the on line application
be very careful not to enter the email address or phone number
wrongly.
I did so in my first application for a re-grant and my first
landowner was also my referee but I entered their phone number
wrongly in the landowner section and properly in the referee
section.
I discovered this as I printed the application after I sent it
When the referee went to confirm my details it wouldn't go
through. There must have been a conflict in the system ref, the
two wrong numbers.
I spoke to the person dealing with on line applications and I
was advised to wait the seven days and then re submit my
application after the seven day deadline.
After seven days I resubmitted but it still would not go
through, still a conflict with the two numbers?
My referee then tried again but this time put in the number I
had entered wrongly and guess what it went through but to GOD
knows to who lol.
I then went through the whole process again but to no avail
still the same problem with referee.
I have just re applied with different referees and everything
has went through no problem.
So just be careful one wrong number or letter full stop or comma
may not let your application be processed as it may stay in the
system.
But to be honest this is a great system but only as good as the
ONION (meeee) who imputed the data to start with.
