|
I was watching an Otter hunting along the shoreline, it got very |
|
close to the rocks, so I waited till it dived, then quickly I |
|
got amongst the rocks and waited for it to surface, it did'nt |
|
disappoint me, it climbed out onto the rocks with a Lumpsucker |
|
fish, It seemed to not notice me and proceeded to eat the fish, |
|
the Otter was about 25 feet from me.. the photos were taken with |
|
my telephoto lens.. |

I was going home from lerwick, and I thought I would check out |

After looking for the R.L.Buzzard, I went looking for an otter, |
|
this one was a Toft pier.. |
|
I took four pics, but this one was the best out of the four, |
|
light was poor by this time, and it was difficult to stop camera |
|
shake owing to the blustery wind.. |

My eldest son Allan, he was going to Brae last night, when |
|
suddenly, two otters ran across the road at Sandside, this was |
|
at 2020 hours and black as pitch .. He slammed on his brakes and |
|
missed them by a whisker, they obviously don't know their green |
|
cross code lol |
