Why not let "Screw The Rules" negate one boss enemy attack per
battle at the cost of 100 currency, but make one non-boss enemy
attack its allies for two to five turns?

Or maybe it could let you do one otherwise impossible thing per
a long period of time. Like bringing a character back to life or
vaporizing a wall, or something like that....

Coin Toss: User's next attack/move/ability/whatever has a 50%
chance to become Money element and deal 300% damage, and a 50%
chance to do nothing.
