Well no, not YET anyways.
OH! Allows user to void one rule per day. Hence, "screw the
rules"

^What's the name of that ability?
I don't mind "Screw The Rules".
Although that ability DOES sound Game Breaking
http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/GameBreaker
unless
it's nerfed
http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/Nerf
further, like
making provoking it very costly on money.

It's the effect of the ability "Screw the rules". And it loses
it's comedic effect if the user actually has to PAY to use it.
.....
What? I've been watching Yu-Gi-Oh! Abridged when I'm not working
out. Hardly anything to do here. BESIDES the obvious I mean.

Well, whenever it's comedic or not, it needs to be balanced in
order to not break the game.
Game design isn't about "Whatever you find cool". It's about
having the right experience for the players.
Making it overpowered may break the game, and this is
overpowered because even with the limitation of "one a day", the
user could use this ability to either make something critical go
his way or to avoid a critical disaster.
It's even more overpowered if the game takes place in more than
one day at a time, which is what I'd assume Shane has in mind.
