The Mafia Game![GAME IS DEAD!!]

It's more or less like an RPG. Since there are no "RPG specific"
sub-sections here,I posted it in this sub-section.
Let me quote Ramond to explain to you about this game.

[font=verdana]3: Sheriff - He has the ability to discover
whether or not a person is good or bad in the whole situation.
Whether or not people believe him is a different story.[/font]
[font=verdana]Mafia side:[/font]
[font=verdana]1: Mafia - The bad guys in this whole situation.
Better take them out before they take you out. Each Mafia member
knows who the other Mafia people are... as to avoid accidental
killings. One out of four people is in the mafia...[/font]
[font=verdana]2: Thug - A servant of the Mafia. He is supposed
to take his life in place of a Mafia member... but not even he
knows who the Mafia are... There are two thugs in each game
regardless.[/font]
[font=verdana]3: Godfather - He is the leader of the Mafia. His
role is the same as the Mafia, except when he is checked by the
sheriff, he appears innocent.[/font]
[font=verdana]The game consists of multiple "Night" and "Day"
rounds... each game starts with a night round. The following
will happen (In PMs)[/font]
[font=verdana]1: All Mafia members will PM me the name of three
people that they want dead (not Mafia themselves). The person
with the most votes between them all will be killed. In the
event of a tie, a second PM round will take place.[/font]
[font=verdana]2: The Doctor will list off one person that they
are trying to save. If its the same person that the Mafia wants
dead, then the life is saved and the bystanders get another
chance.[/font]
[font=verdana]3: The Sheriff will ask me in PM the name of one
person in the game. I will tell you if they are mafia or
not.[/font]
[font=verdana]4: After the night passes, the name of the person
killed will be announced. When you are killed, you aren't
allowed to contribute to the killing or accusing of the Mafia.
You also aren't allowed to vote on who to kill... you can come
back as a ghost to haunt people though. Also, during free
discussion, you can speak as well...[/font]
[font=verdana]After a night turn, a day round comes around. The
following will happen.[/font]
[font=verdana]1: The person who is dead, or saved, will be
announced.[/font]
[font=verdana]2: Up to the deadline everyone will be allowed to
converse and voice their theories. PLEASE INCLUDE AT LEAST ONE
PERSON YOU THINK IS IN THE MAFIA[/font]
[font=verdana]3: After some time I will look through and pick
the three most "accused" people. They will be up for
voting[/font]
[font=verdana]4: The entire group of people will then have a
vote of killing. Whoever gets the most votes will be killed
off.[/font]
[font=verdana]5: In case of a tie, a single person who did not
vote for either tie-member will do a tie breaker.[/font]
[font=verdana]6: At any point of the day round, a thug can step
in and take the bullet if he or she believes the person up for
killing to be in the mafia.[/font]
[font=verdana]The process then goes into a night round once
more, and repeats until there are more Mafia members than
bystanders, or until all of the Mafia is killed. Sounds fun...
right?[/font]
[font=verdana]A few things to keep in mind...[/font]
[font=verdana]1: When accused, you can claim to be someone you
aren't, or what you are to avoid being shot, or sway public
opinion... who's who? Only time will tell.[/font]
[font=verdana]2: Mafia members will know who the other Mafia
people are. Use this to your advantage and plan your kills
accordingly.[/font]
[font=verdana]3: Thugs take bullets in private (PM).[/font]
[font=verdana]4: The Sheriff should use his one person guess
wisely, and then use that knowledge accordingly.[/font]
[font=verdana]5: The Doctor should also try and save the right
people as well. A doctor can be selfish and save himself each
round if he wants... however... you are trying to kill the Mafia
as well, while saving yourself...[/font]
[font=verdana]6: In general, these rules apply:[/font]
[font=verdana]Smart Citizens + Smart Mafia = Interesting
Round[/font]
[font=verdana]Smart Citizens + Dumb Mafia = Citizen
Victory[/font]
[font=verdana]Dumb Citizens + Smart Mafia = Mafia Victory[/font]
[font=verdana]Dumb Citizens + Dumb Mafia = Mafia Victory[/font]
[font=verdana]Ergo: Try not to be dumb and this game will stay
interesting for all the lot of people who are playing.[/font]

Remember,Mafia members can talk (i.e. PM) among themselves.They
will know their team-mates.
Users can talk in this thread in the day phase.No talking in the
night phase.

OK three players till now. Need more.
A game with 7-8 players will be a good game. 6 would be enough
too, but not that fun,I guess.

Okay 4 now.
We usually start the game when there are 6 players.In which case
the Mafia to Citizen ratio would be 2:4 (or 2:5)
We now have 4 players.If no one else joins, I'll start the game
with a Mafia to citizen ration of 1:3.
But seriously we need more players!
I'll be giving sufficient amount of time for those who want to
join.
EDIT-What about your opinions guys? Should we start the round if
no one else joins?

Oh I forgot to mention.
By "Sufficient time" I meant till 1st August. Or maybe even 2nd
August.
Just as a warning,school reopens on 1st August. So,don't expect
me to be always online.

Time is up for Sign-ups.They are now closed.
Shane,Taylor,Kush and Bla.
We only have 4 players ATM. This round will not be too
interesting.
Still.
GAME START!
Due to the low number of participants, there will also be no
cop. Only a doc on the Citizen side.
Therefore there will be 1 mafia, 1 doc, and 2 citizens.
Mafia to Citizen ration-- 1:3

THOSE WHO DID NOT RECEIVE A PM IS A NORMAL CITIZEN
Night Round 1 START
In Night Rounds, no one is allowed to talk much in this thread.
Remember.
This round mostly means you are asleep, while the Mafia choose
their first victim!
WHAT I NEED (PMs)----
1.The PM from the MAFIA on who to night-kill.Please put the name
in bold.
2.The PM from the Doc on who to protect this night.
Please keep to the code and give me the PMs as soon as possible.
