Canon Pok�dex

This is a Pok�dex - essentially, just a list of Pok�mon by their
Pok�dex numbers, types, species, and Japanese names (probably).
This serves to keep track of things, making it easier to look up
here regarding type effectiveness in the event that a forum RPG
regarding Pok�mon is started up.
The Type Effectiveness Chart of these forums have yet to be
posted, though; I'll be working on that as soon as possible.
EDIT BY TAYLOR:
Previously, the thread was locked for the sole purpose of Shane
working on the Type Effectiveness Chart. However, due to
Generation VI introducing the Fairy type and very little being
known about it, the Type Effectiveness Chart cannot be worked
on. The thread is to remain locked for the Pok�dex. If you must
post something related to the Pok�dex, use the General Thread

We will be updating this as we get time. Administrators and
Global Moderators can help out at any time, as well as those who
are allowed to Moderate the Pok�mon board.
If a Pok�mon has only one type, then the SECONDARY TYPE is left
blank. If a Pok�mon can't evolve from something, the EVOLVES
FROM is left blank. If a Pok�mon can't evolve, the EVOLVES INTO
is left blank.
If something is unknown, it is left blank. (This excludes the
Pok�mon "Unown", of course. :P)
All Pok�mon will have their information from Generation V, until
Pok�mon X and Y comes out in October 2013.
Every Generation has its own post.
If a Pok�mon has no form differences, that column is to contain
"NO".
Abilities are ONLY normal Abilities and Hidden Abilities, and
not Mega Evolution abilities. Mega Evolutions go into their own
threads.
Shane and I agree on the format as well as these guidelines.
ABOUT THE FORMAT: EXPLANATIONS, EXPLANATIONS~
NO.: the National Pok�dex number of the Pok�mon. Genesect is
Pok�mon 0649, for example. For the purposes of this thread, we
will be using four digits instead of three. Just in case we have
1000 Pok�mon in the future. If a Pok�mon's number is unknown, it
is left blank.
ENGLISH NAME: the official English name of the Pok�mon. If a
Pok�mon's English name is unknown, then this is left blank.
JAPANESE NAME: the official Japanese name of the Pok�mon, with
both the katakana and the romaji (the English alphabet). If it
is unknown, then it's left blank.
SPECIES: the species of the Pok�mon. For example, like Koffing
and Weezing are the Poison Gas Pok�mon, or how Bulbasaur,
Ivysaur, Venusaur and Sunkern are all the Seed Pok�mon.
Obviously, if this is unknown, then leave it blank.
PRIMARY TYPE: the first type of a Pok�mon. For example,
Noivern's primary type is Flying. If it is unknown, then the
Pok�mon's type is "Unknown".
SECONDARY TYPE: the second type of a Pok�mon. For example,
Noivern's primary type is Dragon. If it is unknown, then the
Pok�mon's type is "Unknown". If it has no secondary type, then
it is left blank.
EVOLVES FROM: from which this Pok�mon evolved from. Pikachu
evolves from a Pichu via happiness. If it is unknown, or the
Pok�mon doesn't have a pre-evolution, it is left blank.
EVOLVES INTO: into what this Pok�mon evolves into. Pikachu
evolves into a Raichu via a Thunder Stone. If it is unknown, or
the Pok�mon doesn't have an evolution form, it is left blank.
