Orange Fluff Jello Salad Recipe:
1 large package Cook and Serve vanilla pudding
1 large package orange jell-o
2 cups water
1 16 oz Cool-Whip (lite or fat-free is fine)
1/2 bag mini marshmallows
1 can pineapple tidbits (Any size, depending on your preference)
1 can mandarin oranges (Any size, depending on your preference)
2 bananas, sliced (Optional, put in before serving so they don't
turn brown in the fridge)
Mix together pudding, Jell-o, and water over medium heat until
it boils. Remove from heat and pour into a large mixing bowl.
Refrigerate until mixture has thickened (about an hour). Beat
until creamy. Fold in Cool Whip, marshmallows, and fruit. Chill
about an hour before serving.
**Do not add milk to the pudding as directed on the box, just
mix the pudding dry to the jello and water.

My mom used to make this for us years ago, she always added
cottage cheese, which I didn't really care for ... I'll skip the
cottage cheese though. You can also change up the fruits and
the flavors of Jello that you use, don't be afraid to make it
yours.

Not sure if we'll add bananas either Milie ... I love them, but
I think it might take away from the rest of the salad.

I would think the bananas would ruin it.. haha.. I don't think
we had marshmellows either.. but that salad was awesome...
HA I found it! THIS WAS YUMMMY!!
1 small package orange jello
1/2 cup sugar
Dissolve with one cup boiling water. Then add:
1 small can crushed pineapple(drained)
1 11oz. can mandarin oranges(cut in half),drained
Cool in refrigerator for a few minutes
Then stir in 1 8oz. carton of sour cream
Chill
I doubled the above recipe to fit into a 9X13 pan. It is very
easy. Glad
everyone enjoyed it.
