Word for 2014 |

Ziggy and I were chatting on the IM about what our word for the |
|
year would be. At first we were both thinking create/craft. |
|
Chatting with her 2 days later, she was saying that she had |
|
thought about the word TRY but it seemed ~~~ so she looked up |
|
similar words and decided on WHIRL. I freaked as I had almost |
|
completed my LO using the word TRY! lol Guess scrapping online |
|
together for 10 years .... Gotta love the IM! lol |
|
So what did I try? First I used the Flying Unicorn Dec KOM with |
|
the color wash papers. Loved that diecut paper. I used some |
|
Rusty Pickle 1847 chipboard that I won in a class eons ago and |
|
never opened. inked with Mixed Media Ink from the store, used |
|
paste with the mini tile mask with Perfect Pearls pink gumball, |
|
and Jingle Bells Glimmer Mist. Sanded my photo with the Prima |
|
distress tool. inked around the outer edge with Prima tin can. |
|
So my word is TRY... try new things, Try it even if you have |
|
doubts. Take that photo, tear that paper, make a new friend, try |
|
a new food.... |
