Notice how the Women's team is excelling in many sports at SBU
but the men's are regressing. What's up with that?

i havent seen the first three games but have been following the
news. great job by this team and staff, especially given what
they've been through the last few years (coaching changes,
season cancelled, covid, transfers, etc.).

Let's hear it for the WBB team once again. After taking down
St. John's a couple of days ago, they have done it again!! This
time they did a great job on a really TOUGH defensive Rutgers
team--AT RUTGERS!! They are really special this season, as is
Coach Lanford!

I dont follow the womens team much but seems like they are in
good hands. Coach Langford comes from winning JMU wbb culture.
She also has program assists record as player, so Im guessing
she doesnt tolerate hero ball.

You're pretty much spot on with that observation. One of their
most obvious strengths (and there are many) is their willingness
and ability to share the ball and rack up assists in the stats.

Coach Langford is in good hands. she inherited a team with 5
year seniors. Theyll will do good this year. Lets see how it
goes next year with her recruits.

Never mind mens hoops, women just beat previously 5-0 Columbia.
Theres the solution to SB sports woesfield only the womens
teams

Good for them, but sadly women's teams aren't the ones moving
the needle in realignment or school image.
