Sachem North (NY) rising senior defender Anthony Ross has |
|
committed to nearby Stony Brook University. Ross' path to D-I is |
|
quite a story. Ross did not start playing lax until eighth |
|
grade. He is an outstanding athlete with good footwork and good |
|
speed. Ross is the third Class of 2014 Sachem North standout |
|
headed to Stony Brook, joining midfielders Joe Caridi and Mike |
|
Calvagna. |

Looks like Ross is the next in the long line of Flaming Arrows |

defense-heavy with LSMs, defensemen, d-mids, etc. Just what the |

team is going to need in a couple of years when Benitez and |

Judge graduate. |
