Round 2: Brisbane vs Cronulla Div II

The Broncos coach had the team gelling now. They have fired up
after a few games that were not up to Brisbane's high standards.
The sharks have been knocking off the big guys in the challenge
Cup. I expect this form to carry over to this round. Sharkies
42-30

Sharks 54, broncos 18. - won't let me upload a screen, says
upload folder is full.
Strong start by the Broncos kicking a 40/20, then scoring
through Jack Reed. The sharks replied straight away with a
charge down of another 40/20 attempt falling straight into the
arms of Todd Carney who stormed onto it and went 40m to score
under the sticks setting up an easy conversion to level up. The
sharks stepped it up from there, Todd Carney who would go on to
be M.O.M and Nathan Gardner in rampant attacking mood.
The sharks posted 2 tries in the last minute of the first half
to take the game away from the mighty Broncs. Gardner on the
stroke of halftime got the ball off a Tagatese offload coming
from a tap penalty on the Sharks own 10, split the line, chipped
over Hoffman and just had the gas to score a 90m stunner after
the hooter had sounded. 30 - 12 halftime.
The Sharks would go on to score another 4 tries in the 2nd 40
and their D held strong to allow just one further try after the
break, an intercept to Gerard Beale.
