[sub]name:
mosaicpaw mosaictiles
age:
precisely eight moons and thirteen days
gender:
female
clan:
devilclan
rank:
apprentice(?)
appearance:
what you see in their eyes can mean everything.
this short-furred apprentice is quite particular on her
appearance, trying to look and
act her best every day. let's start with her fur, shall we? as
said before, mosaicpaw
has short fur. it's silky smooth, as the young cat grooms it
every day before showing
herself to the crowd of cats. the well-blended colours of
dazzling orange, midnight black
and pure white are the only colours on her fur; occasionally
mud, though with her
picky ways, it's quick uncommon. this she-cat is a calico--might
i add a very beautiful
one too--with fairly sized calico splotches that cover her body.
her body--ah, such a delicate thing. not only for her, but for
many other cats. even
the most powerful of warriors can be affected by their weight,
if they strain a paw,
etcetera. mosaicpaw isn't what you would call muscular, or even
strong... no, she is
much the opposite. not so much weak--though she does have her
flaws in this parti-
cular spot, but slender. though it does not matter so much in
the midst of battle when
every flaw counts as a difficulty, yet at the same time, every
strength is another step
to winning a hard battle. nimble and quick, mosaicpaw does have
her strengths, as
well as weaknesses, with small, fast paws, with long, sharp
claws hidden between
padded toes.
and finally, the gorgeous eyes that sit on mosaicpaw's head.
they are really quite
pretty. though they could not help her in any way possible,
mosaicpaw admires her
eyes and thinks of them as a strength, even if the only thing
they do is help her
look around. the hue is bright emerald daubed with a darker
green, eyelashes sprouting
from the top of her eye which she often flutters when either
flirting, showing her
eyes off, or--as the usual reason is--trying to get something
out of her eye.
personality:
it isn't about what you look like, it's what you are like.
- + perfect: for some, this is a negative--her clear picky and
very delicate ways
can get on some cat's nerves, as mosaicpaw tends to really try
to make everything
perfect and just the way it 'should' be, according to her. for
instance, before leaving
the apprentices' den, she must groom her fur, straighten her
whiskers, and try to
look as desirable as possible--meaning good-looking, for not any
particular
reason--however, for others it can be more a positive. sharp,
inquisitive eyes that
seem to pick out the important details, or the things that
other's wouldn't find. it can
help her to spot weaknesses, slight injuries, places to target.
if you forget about the
whole 'good looking' thing, it leans towards a more positive
feature.
+ self-controlled even if mosaicpaw was sitting and staring at
the juiciest mouse
during the harshest moons of leafbare, she would be able to
resist the temptation to
eat it. it's called self-control, and this apprentice certainly
has the hang of it. though
most might think it would hard for her to hold this element, she
does.
history:
the past always affects the present.
