Posting Habits. |

First and foremost, I understand that life comes first. That |
|
stuff gets in the way and renders you unable to post for very |
|
long, or at all. But, when you do post, you seem to ignore |
|
threads with minimal posts in them. |
|
I'm looking through the boards at threads with zero, one, two, |
|
three posts and no more, yet eight, nine, or even ten views. |
|
That means someone checked back to that thread a couple of |
|
times, or many people looked into that thread but never posted |
|
for an unknown reason. And I want to break that habit. |
|
We want to be a somewhat active site, and if we don't post in |
|
someone's open threads, or game threads, or anything, they may |
|
have a sense of abandonment. That what they post doesn't matter. |
|
So why would they stay? Our numbers may be decreasing slowly |
|
because of this neglect, and I want to make it known that I |
|
definitely do not approve of it. |
|
If you want this site to be active, you should make an effort to |
|
not only reply to your own threads, but to others. Scour the |
|
boards for low post counts, post there, have a bit of fun. I |
|
know it takes some time to reply to your own threads, and then |
|
someone elses, and then, maybe, make some more. But, so far, RW |
|
is a slow site. I'm sure more than half of the people here won't |
|
mind if you make them wait another day for that reply. Don't |
|
rush it. |
