Emberstar was looking over the fresh-kill pile, a sigh escaping |

her maw. They were running low on supply, but the leader felt |
|
like she'd done so much hunting lately and it still had no |
|
effect on it. I guess that's what happens when you have a small |
|
Clan and couple huge felines who eat a lot. |
|
Emberstar almost jumped when she heard someone calling her name. |
|
She turned around to see Damien looking around. "Uh, over here, |
|
Damien!" she called. She wondered what this was about. |

He grinned and walked over. He perked a cat-eyebrow, looking |

down at the fresh-kill pile. "Seems we're running low," he |
|
commented. He then shrugged, then looked up at Emberstar. "You |
|
look kinda stressed," he added. She probably wasn't too |
|
stressed. He just wanted to get a conversation going. |
