Chris walked out of her small den, finding that she didn't have |

to stay in there all day long. She could come out, any time she |
|
wanted, and enjoy the sun for once. Oh wait. No. Ew. The sun is |
|
bright. The she-cat hissed at the sun, finding it terribly... |
|
terrible. |

Tessa was busying herself with a mossball, like any kitten would |

do. She swatted it, bit it, rolled onto her back and spun it in |
|
the air. It was great. She soon dropped the toy and let it |
|
tumble out of her reach. The kit sighed and looked over at her |
|
mother snarling at..uh..nothing? What was she doing? Tessa stood |
|
up and walked over, soon feeling the warm sun cover her like a |
|
blanket once she left the shade. "Why are you so angry, Mommy?" |

Chris looked down at her kitten, her tail lashing. "Oh, Mommy |

just doesn't like the sun, Tessa." she murmured, crouching down |
|
to be eye level with her kitten. [b]"Its too bright and hurts |

your mother's eyes." |

frowning. "That's not very nice." She looked up at the sun for |

not even a second and quickly regretted it. "Ow," she squeaked, |
|
blinking her eyes and shaking her head. |

again. "I mean, I guess the sun is good for warming someone up. |

It is getting to the leafbare season, so you should soak it up |

as much as you can." she told her kitten, not knowing if lil |
|
Tessa knew about the seasons. |
