Bookkit poked his tiny head out of the nursery, his yellow eyes |
|
wide with the excited emotions of a young kitten. He was ready |
|
to adventure out, yet at the same time he didn't want to leave |
|
the 'safety' of the warm den. |
|
This little scrap of fur was the son of the newly promoted |
|
Winterpaw, who would someday soon become AshClan's leader. So |
|
where was his confidence and pride for his mother? Somewhere |
|
locked inside him, it just wasn't showing at that very moment. |
|
He was his mother's son, after all, and if you knew Winterpaw, |
|
you knew she had some anxiety problems. |
