How To Become A Staff Member!?
By: Raven` Date: March 29, 2013, 5:14 am
---------------------------------------------------------
Many times I have been asked these questions.
Can I be a Staffer?
Ohhhh Can I be Staff?
How can I become a part of the Staff?
I even saw this one.
I AM YOUR STALKER. MAKE ME MOD.
That one scared me
Anyways, so I decided to make a short guide.
These won't definitely get you a staffer position. But it will
give you a good idea~ 8D
1] Be Nice [1
Newbs don't want to be scared to death with your threats! Nor do
those who've been on the site for a while! Be generally nice and
try to not be... well... Mean!
2] Activity [2
You must be fairly active. I'm not going to give the spot to
someone off the street, who comes once, and never comes again!
Also, I don't want people who only come on... Like, never. But
whine when I tell them they aren't a part of the staff.
3] Others [3
Yeah... This one's a bribe... Anyways, you have to bring at
least two people here from anywhere else. It helps the site.
Hence, you helped the site.
4] Literacy [4
Okay. This one is a biggy. I don't want to see posts like this;
lawlkiten wked ovr to chocycat hay, do u wnt 2
hnt?
This is better
Drizzlingchocolate waltzed over to his friend,
Crowwing, and mewed a simple, "Hey, do you wanna hunt?" The
chocolate tom tipped his head slightly to the side.
Its fine to have a few spelling errors and grammar errors here
and there. But to many is to much.
5] Helpful [5
Be a ninja in the help meadow. Report those who NEED to be
reported. If someone needs help RPing, or with a bio, help them!
Do anything that's helpful!
6] Whining [6
If staff do pick another person to be staff and you aren't
picked, whining about the fact that you weren't picked WILL NOT
HELP you to be picked later. It doesn't matter if you have been
on the site longer. It matters if they are more helpful and
follows the rules.
Remember, these won't guarantee a staff position. But it gives
you a great idea.
Go ahead and post your ideas, comments, flames. Anything you
want to make this guide better. [s]Mostly because this is my
first ever guide... EVAR[/s]
